I went today. It’s a very nice space inside. Comfy chairs and seating. I went to work for a bit. But the one barista working was such an unhappy and unfriendly person. I got a drip coffee and pumpkin donut. She handed me my coffee then asked “Is it hot enough?” It was lukewarm at best. I said, “Oh you’ll make a new pot?” And she said “No, I’ll put it in the microwave, I don’t want you to drink cold coffee.” I was stunned! Microwave my coffee? I just took it as it was and drank barely lukewarm coffee. If you can’t provide hot drip coffee, than don’t and just offer Americano’s. And the donut was tasty but not fresh.    Read moreI would have loved to come on here with a 5 star review but when I was in there last Friday, the woman at the counter taking my order must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. She was rude to me when I asked a simple question. And then when I tried to order my food she cut me off telling me that they don’t take special requests when that’s not what I was going to ask. If she would have let me finish speaking she would have known. And not only that, if you are taking an order you are in the customer service business. Smile, talk nice, be friendly….
