absolutely the rudest staff ever. I asked for sauce only on my hamburger as I don't like the garden, why have them waste what I won't eat ? they acted so disgusted and were very rude to me over it. we weren't asked to donate to the hospital they have signs hung up for (which we really would of if we would of been asked ) wasn't asked if we wanted our meals large size, and weren't asked if there was anything else we wanted just k your total is this. get our food it has extra pickles!! then this older gentleman sits at the booth behind us puts his changes on the table working on getting his wallet back out lady brings his food and see his money and goes did you even pay for your food ?! pointing to the money. the guy was confused and was like well yeah I paid ?? she goes hmm rolls her eyes and walks away. how would he of had food if he didn't pay? he had a number! and she had and ticket with his number! hello fast food restaurants don't normally give you your food and let you walk away from counter without paying !!

We go to the drive thru, on the window it indicates they are open until 10. We sit at the window for approximately 10 minutes watching 4 people talking inside and slowly wiping down the counters. The store manager comes to the window and says they closed early because of the fair. They had been busy. I worked in at a Baskin Robbins for 5 years and if we were busy we stayed open until the last customer was served. We never closed because we were busy even when we did not have adequate staff, we just worked harder. Shame on the store manager for not teaching her team a better work ethic and shame on Darrel for not hiring a manager who he can trust. PS The Mc Donald’s had 18 cars and 4 people working. Wow! We stopped to grab some ice cream on our way home from Cody. An employee comes up to us at 7:00pm and I kid you not says, “Um, you need to leave the lobby now because we closed at 7:00pm. I also locked you in so if you want out let me know.” My husband says we actually are already getting ready to go. He then says, “you also need to exit at that door now.” Mind you it’s the door on the complete opposite side of the parking lot we are in so he has his customers walking through a parking lot with small kids to walk around the building to the side we are parked on. Then, as we walk around the corner to the other side this same staff member unlocked the other doors our vehicle was right out of for two little old ladies.
