Horrible experience for my daughter's birthday. The manager on duty Amanda was not very friendly and constantly blaming previous managers for the current condition of the restaurant. I get there are new rules but blaming previous friendly managers is not acceptable. Then she started talking about they are experiencing inflation cost. Everyone is experiencing inflation so that's understandable. I had a food concern and supposedly Amanda went to the kitchen and spoke with Leia Klein the general manager. Leia never came out to speak with me about the concern. As a manager that is absolutely horrible customer service. I informed Amanda and my waiter that we were celebrating my daughter's birthday and they didn't say anything. During my dinner Amanda the manager walked to every table around us to ask if everything was okay and didn't even acknowledge my table. I was never rude to her bit you could definitely tell she didn't want to come ask how our dinner was going. I have been to this location multiple times and can honestly say customer service has gone down hill and really doesn't exists there anymore. The food quality isn't that good anymore and the price has increased over 3 times this year. I'm more than willing to pay for good service and good food. I can see why the Lake Mary location closed down if the is the type of customer service that is being given out. I hope this location improves their customer service skills before they are left with the inflated food prices and not enough customers...

It's a great breakfast buffet option. I'd go as far as saying that I like this location better than the original one in Plant City.

It was a busy Saturday morning. We got there at around 10am and added our name to the list of people waiting. We were told it would be 45 minutes, but it was only a 30 minute wait. It actually worked out well since it gave our nephews time to drive down here from Seminole Heights. The waiting area cleared out around 10:15am so we had lots of room. It didn't seem as cluttered and chaotic as the other location, but maybe we just timed it right.

Christina was our server. She was great! She topped off our coffee when needed and cleared out our plates after each trip to the buffet. Yep, we got the full buffet experience. It's juts a couple of dollars more and you get as many trips as you want. Everything they had was great. The temperatures were all good. The cheese grits, breakfast hash, fried chicken, fried catfish, bacon, sausage, and fried green tomatoes were all wonderful. I love a good Southern breakfast buffet! This was good ole southern comfort food. I could have gotten so much more but I just had to save room for dessert. If you are there for a late breakfast, then make sure you at least stay until 11:15am. That's when they pull out the desserts. They had pies, cakes, strawberry shortcake, banana pudding, and so much more. All 4 of us enjoyed our meal.

We will definitely go back. I'm looking forward to the dinner buffet in the near future. It really was...
