This is an unfortunate story of a restaurant with poor ownership and management. First, a year ago, when I got home, I saw that my pizza had a 3" wide crust all around it. I really don't like crust to begin with but at the very least it was not typical and I got far less pizza than expected. I called and was told by the manager that they have had trouble with help and they would put a credit on my account to replace the pizza. I looked, it was there for about a week then it was gone when I went to use it.
I decided to give them another go about a week ago. Ordered a pizza online, it was ready when I got there, opened the box, the pizza looked good. Ran my credit card...timed out. Ran it again...timed out. Ran it again....declined. The girl said they had been having problems with this machine. No worries. I got a different card and she suggested using her other (very antiquated machine). Both machines were old compared to today's standards. The 2nd machine worked. The next day I saw that there were charges pending on both cards. I called the manager who called the owner who said they would have to wait one more day to be sure the transactions cleared. They could see both transactions pending, but they would call me back the next day. Ok no worries. Three more days go by...crickets. Now I'm on vacation. I see the transactions are no longer pending but cleared. I called again so I wouldn't forget about it and was told that I had to provide screen shots of my credit card statement and email it to them. I said, "that isn't going to happenm, I'm on vacation and I had no intention of doing their work for them. I explained that I too owned a biz for 49 years and know that they can look to see if those cleared. I was not going to be inconvenienced further. I contated them as a courtesy because I know they would incur charges if I disputed the charges. They insisted I gave them screenshots or I wouldn't get my money. I said I would just dispute the charges then. I was told to do what I wanted to do. The next day when I was about to dispute the charges, I saw a credit pending on one of the charges. No call to me to tell me they took care of it. Such poor customer service. The owners were involved and the decisions were extremely poor. This was all their fault and never an apology or acceptance of blame. That was their last chance. I do not recommend the Providence Rd location to anyone. What a waste of time for...
Read moreI wish I would’ve taken pictures of the pizza I had gotten tonight. Silly me, I did not. I called in to this specific location (even after having numerous problems) I decided to give it a go again. Previous to this new staff, Mary was the owner, she and her staff were all amazing ppl. This new round of buffoons all need to be fired. The ASM is a royal b*h and the GM is extremely unprofessional. They took my money, made the wrong pizza and delivered the wrong pizzas TWICE so upon the second delivery being incorrect, I decided to drive up there. Initially, I wasn’t the friendliest person considering how nasty the ASM was to me in the first place and considering she was the person who I had to deal with when I walked in. I told her I wanted to see the GM...I showed them the pizza was wrong, asked them if they would eat something like that, and the GM called me a liar to my face and said “that’s the not the second Pizza at all...I cut the pizza the second time it was sent out”....I gave the first pizza to the delivery guy who came back out so I did not have the pizza in my possession, it was with a driver bc I sent it back. So not only did this POS accuse me of being a liar, he told me he wasn’t going to refund my money AND THEN CALLED THE COPS ON ME. NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED IN SUCH A MANNER. I am appualed that this is what this particular location has become. As I stated before, when Mary owned this place there were happy customers. I ordered frequently (probably 3-4 times a month and spending $50+ everytime we ordered). I will never order from This location again. Something needs to be done about this staff. Read moreI am about to try the pizza for the first time so it may or may not be great as of writing this. But, I'm sitting in their dining room waiting for our pizzas to be remade. We ordered 2 deluxe with light onions. Somehow we ended up with 2 pizzas covered in nothing but onions. Well, mistakes happen so no big deal right? We called in advance to let them know the order was wrong and we'd be coming back to get the right pizza. The fellow in the phone just said "ok, see you soon" and hung up. When I got here I wore a smile to be sure there were no hard feelings, and a tall fellow with a yellow shirt (Manager) and a very obvious frown asked how he could help me. I began to tell him I was the one that called about the onion pizzas but he cut me off mumbling something about the pizzas were being cooked. I had to ask the other guy at the counter what he said and he confirmed the pizzas would be done in about 5 mins. It's five minutes later now so I have my pizza. I finally got an apology from the fella in yellow as he handed me my corrected pizzas but his apology was "sorry about that, I have black people working tonight". In the moment I wasn't sure I heard him right through the mumbling, but I can't think if a single thing that might have sounded like that.
