Dunkin' — Restaurant in Riviera Beach

The service is poor. The decaffeinated coffee is never hot I went in there the other day asked for hot coffee and can you please make sure it's hot but when it was given to me it was not hot and I asked her if she could heat it up a little bit more she instructed me to go to the microwave. Now I don't know if you guys are familiar with the writing on the cup but on the cup it says do not put the cup in the microwave so I really felt some type of way because as a paying customer that always come in and give them respect they should give you what I asked forbI paid for it. Not only that sones time I have to wait 2-3 mins before my order it taken and it could be 5 -6 ppl in the line the one lady will continue to just sit there on the computer. What happened to customer satisfaction. There should at lease be 2-3 ppl here at this location. It's VERY busy. But overall the staff is nice but could use some more help when it comes to serving...

I am very hurt and disappointed by the conversation I had with the manager. I am new to the place and when I placed an online order, it went to my previous default store. So, I couldn't pick up the day I ordered it. And the app doesn't let you cancel the mobile order. So, I went to the store and asked her to either refund me or give me the drink. She could have told me that I have to contact customer service and she cannot do that. Instead, in front of a bunch of people, she told that its her word against mine that I didn't pick up the drink I ordered. So, she cannot refund me. I typically don't post negative reviews because I am very understanding and accommodating. But, the manager didn't have to say that. I have never been doubted over my integrity. I am a foodie and I spend 100s of dollars a month in dining. I find apps to be time saving for orders. but she doubts my integrity over a 3$ drink!...

Worst Dunkin ever!!! (N. Military Trail - Marathon Gas) Donuts were at least 1-2 days old. Jelly donuts should not have a texture and crunch of particle board with melted sugar on top! And don't get me started on the coffee, or in this case, recycled grounds. Can't even say it was coffee scented water it was just beige water. The cream was either out of date or not refrigerated properly as a white film floated on the top of the attempt to call it coffee. Go the extra mile to a Dunkin not in one of these gas/food type places and get the real deal.

NOTE: As a born and raised native Bostonian who has been to THE ORIGINAL Dunkin in Quincy more times than I can remember, it's a shame that locations like this give...
