Let's start by me saying i will never forget the stay at this property. We arrive and get checked in by a friendly young lady at the reception into room 150. We get to our room swipe our key card and we can't open the door but we noticed as we pushed the door open it was barricaded from the inside with a bed mattress. It appeared someone was in that room so we went back to the reception and we were immediately moved to 120 which turned out to have a faulty ac unit and smelled of a blend of cigarettes and a musty gym. Off to the reception we go and are moved to 220. As you imagine we entered the room with very low expectations. To our surprise the ac worked so we're already doing better. TV worked and remote had batteries unlike other reviews I've read. I'll review room 220 all on its own. Bathroom.. The broken toilet seat was nice but only second or third to the cigarette burns on the edge of the tub or the black grime growing from the bathroom fan. I'll leave the shower curtain to your imagination. The beds were ok and the pillows were comfortable but the bed linen was in rough shape. Looking at our overall experience I would not recommend this property. Im almost more upset of choosing this property over others because of the Wyndham name attached to it. Fooled me once Wyndham/Super 8

Horrible experience overall. We got in and the lady working at reception was rude and stand-offish, and the room was awful. The first thing we smelled when walking in was an overwhelming scent of smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room as claimed by the sign. However, this was just the beginning. the sink was blocked with a hair tie and whenever the water was turned on it would take a long time to drain and the sink would be filled with chunks of food floating up from the blocked drain, which was disgusting to say the least. As well as this, the mini fridge/freezer would not shut because of the huge amount of ice sticking out of the freezer. The most I can say about the room is that the beds were made and the sheets were mostly clean, and the shower was decent. The one bonus of the stay was the pool, which was quite lovely although cold. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we expected a similar level of quality. Finally, I can’t even say that this was a good value destination since we stayed somewhere with similar pricing the next day and it was vastly nicer. Overall the experience left much to be desired and I would not recommend.

Stopped here for an over night stay passing thru. The location is conveniently located just off 95 with a few food places and a gas station which was nice however upon check in evertything was smooth. Guy at the window wasnt to guest friendly and could use some better customer service skill. Upon enetering the hotel room it wasnt bad everything looked ok til you hit the light switch! Carpet was disgusting. Stains all over. Water coming out the faucet was yellow. It was a no smoking room with cigarette burn marks in the tub! When i went to grab the toilet paper the whole holder fell outta the wall. Towels felt like they were already used and stained from the water. I go to lay down and there was blood stains on the one bed sheets. The noise from the interstate didnt seem to bother me but that was to be expected. However if the door sealed properly it wouldnt have been so loud! Hotel def needs some updates! Or a maintenance man

After doing my research I found the Super 8 by Wyndham Riviera Beach West Palm Beach received mostly 3-star reviews. I was expecting much and since it was only a one-night stay after scuba diving all day, it seemed fine. Boy was I wrong.||Shortly after arriving at 545 pm, the red flags started flying. While the lobby appeared to be nice, the doors were lock and I was directed to a bank teller window with bullet proof glass. (Red Flag #1). Checking in was easy and I got my room card and went to my room. There was a seedy-looking teen standing on the balcony watching me that gave me the creeps. (Flag #2) I attempted to open my room but could not. It appeared to be locked from the inside. I went back to the desk and the attendant came to the room and had to yank on the door to get it open (Flag # 3). I stepped inside and was hit with the reek of marijuana odor. The walls had spots of primer paint as if being repaired and a large area of crumbling drywall behind the door that needed repair. I mistakenly went into the bathroom. The tub had many stains and what appeared to be cigarette burns on it. (Flag #4). ||I again returned to the office attendant, told him what I found and asked for another room. He stated I’ll let housekeeping know (Flag #5) and he gave me a different room card. I went to that room. The seedy-looking individual was now sitting downstairs on the curb watching. (Flag #6). ||I stepped into the new room and at first glance it appeared fine. Took two steps in and saw some red stains on the carpet, A sticker on the TV warning of it being alarmed if it was moved, No USB ports anywhere (Flag #7). I really needed a shower and some sleep so I pushed past all of this. Stepping into the shower and found more cigarette type burns on the tub. (Flag #8). I quickly showered the now crusting salt from diving, grabbed my stuff and left, telling the attendant this place is gross, and I can’t stay here. Dropped the key in the box and left quickly to find someplace else.||As a retired Law Enforcement Office with 37 years’ experience, I can say without a doubt, this is a drug and prostitute den. I am shocked IHG has not closed this place down. I have been a loyal IHG member for many years and am seriously considering a Never...

Do NOT stay here! The room was filthy. All floors were caked with dirt & hair, bathtub & toilet were dirty, microwave too dirty to use, mirrors had dust all over them, the door would not close properly & you could see daylight in cracks when closed. there was a white pasty substance on dresser. There were water leaks in the ceiling. The absolute worst was trying to sleep in the bed. The horrific smell of urine was so bad that I tried to put towels down to block the smell. After the first night, I tried the other bed, hoping it would be better. It was NOT! The urine smell was so bad that the smell stayed in my nostrils for hours after leaving the room. The floors were so bad that I also put towels down so I could walk on them so my feet would not touch the filth. I attempted to speak with the manager after the first night, who just told me "I'm just a manager, you have to talk to owner". I was told the owner would be there the next day at 4pm. I came back to talk to him; he was not there, and I got zero help. After being there for 3 nights, I'd never had such a horrific experience and lack of caring by management. When checking out early in the morning (approximately 6am), there was no one around! You can only communicate via a small window, similar to a fast-food drive thru. The lobby is completely shut down and locked. While trying to check out, I waited a few minutes, and no one ever came so I left. I want a refund for my stay but doubt I will get it!! This place is also in a very bad area, with a lot of coming and going of sketchy individuals. It's a very scary place for a woman staying there alone. I would NEVER recommend this...
