Today I had the only unpleasant experience at Burger King in my entire life. Staff were ignorant to the fact that Burger King corporate policy dictates that burgers can be sold any time, even during breakfast. I was at the drive-through at around 10:15 AM, when I asked for a burger the Lady said “oh it ain’t lunch time” with an attitude. Fine. Call corporate. Make a complaint so that the manager knows. No problem. My mistake was walking in there at 10:30 and trying to order two burgers from these clowns. The manager looks like he was a 13-year-old boy who clearly did not know how to handle the elderly Burger artisans working around him. I reminded them of the corporate policy, because I was trying to get burgers for my grandma for breakfast. Burger King is her favorite, she just had surgery, and our routine is that I go pick up burgers in the morning and we eat them for breakfast. I told this to the staff but the whole time they looked at me wide eyed and mouths agape. This Burger King also has a strange pricing scheme where the rodeo burger is one dollar and hamburgers are $1.39. I decided to take advantage of this weird pricing scheme by ordering two rodeo burgers plain. I paid for the food, but some overworked brain dead female in the back overhears the order and says “he ordered the rodeo burger I’m making him a rodeo burger“. I don’t know why she decided to take things personally, but at that point we were at war. I told her that my grandmother could not have onion rings or barbecue sauce due to her recent intestine surgery. The lady tried to ignore my order requests, even though I had paid. And the manager just stood there like a man child letting his staff of ravenous banshees have their way with me. Finally after back-and-forth with all of the brain dead buffoons in the kitchen, one elderly lady was kind enough to make me two regular hamburgers. The Feisty brain dead Burger artisan then looked at me and said “it’s too early for this crazy shit“. I reminded her that I went to Burger King to order two plain cheeseburgers, and that there is nothing crazy about that. Her reaction to me doing the simple task was beyond absurd. Needless to say, my entire family and friends will be boycotting this area. And then I had to call corporate again to make a complaint about the service. Incredibly unprofessional, ignorant, and arrogant staff. I’m sorry breakfast service was tough, but don’t take that out on me. Avoid this location like the plague. They are ignorant and savage, not a great combination when you are trying to order breakfast burgers for your Nana. I’ve never called corporate for any restaurant in my entire life. I’m not a Karen. These people were just that hostile and ignorant. Retraining is definitely needed. I would recommend BK just purge the current staff and try again...
Read moreI went here before and my order had a mistake and figured it was just an mistake as it was very late, there were quite a few customers, and it looked like it was a shift change. It happens. Well... no, it's an actual pattern now.
I had a very simple order and with NO CUSTOMERS in the drive thru or inside the lobby they still managed to screw it up.
I ordered a whopper, no tomato, extra pickles, mustard. Well to no ones surprise they kept the tomato, REMOVED the pickles, and forgot the mustard. They also forgot another item I ordered and I had to go back and get it. Absolute pure incompetence from whoever is making the orders and bagging them. I don't expect Brainiac to be working at BK but it appears reading is not a skill you will find on their resume. Or maybe they can read but they don't care. One is sad, the other is pathetic.
Not sure who owns this location but I'm 100% confident they too don't care and just collect money. Pay minimum wage, hire bottom barrel employees, and get money. Quality and repeat business is not even in their top 10 requirements for running...
