The real surprise in this restaurant was the presentation of the food. It was excellent. If the pictures on the menu were actually as attractive as the plate was prepared, it would have been an improvement. The food was colorful and fresh neatly arranged on the plate and tasted equally as good. There were slices of avocado that were very fresh and perfectly placed on the plate to make the meal look colorful & appetizing.
The food was surprisingly good after looking at the old building. The service was "ok" because it was tough to communicate with a waiter that didn't speak any English. We finally just pointed at the menu and he brought us some food. The menu has no prices listed and that was a shot in the dark. The restaurant is very authentic Mexican in its original condition. I believe this building was one of the original KFC restaurants back in the 80s.
