Very friendly staff , I was informed on the wait when I ordered only 30-40 minutes no problem I had errands to run anyway so it worked out. We ordered the Large supreme Stromboli with extra sauce , fries, bruchetta with cheese & a canolli . Everything was hot fresh and delicious. I will most definatly order from them again. The order was ready before the estimated time. I appreciated them letting me know about the wait ahead of time. Please allow them grace as it's a new business and they have to have time to figure out what works the best for them and weed out all the kinks , everyone is quick to complain about the wait but doesn't understand they have to have time to figure out what are the best ways to work their new business. We ordered a gyro for my mom, a stromboli for me, and a roast beef sandwich for my dad. They had no tzaziki sauce for the gyro; the chef checked that tiny kitchen all over but couldn't find any. Mom said the lamb was very dry without it. My stromboli was only a large, but it was huge. I can only imagine how big the extra large is. My only problem with was how barely spread out any of the ingredients were inside; the pepperoni was in a big, stuck-together stack in the middle, all the cheese was in the back, etc. Dad didn't mind his roast beef sandwich, at least. Order hot wings and cooked thoroughly and crispy not hot that I expected but added more sauce at home. The manicotti was perfect cheese al dente shell good amount of sauce and char just needed more garlic in sauce. Meatball parmesan, same. More garlic. Marinara for calamari, more garlic. Chef salad. Well wow. I mean reviewing a salad is not something I normally do but, great crunchy lettuce and great portion, balance of condiments. Overall a darn great meal. Only recommendations is more garlic in marinara. Then those rolls are good but would be over the top if slathered with a garlic butter sauce. Could put on side for dunking.
