Every single time I order a large fry at this location, EVERY SINGLE TIME it's a large fry box half filled, might as well be a medium fry in a large box. Drive through takes priority. good luck getting helped at the front. You can literally see all the cars in drive through that arrive AFTER you get their food and drive off. The people that walk into the store are second rate customers, if they did not want to give that air they wouldn't ignore the 5-8 person line at the register. Even after placing your order they act like you won't check that they took advantage of you until you get home. This sounds like a fat guy complaining but it's not. I barely eat fast food and when I do I expect to get eat I paid for. Called the store, the guy on the phone said "I work the grill I can't help what they put in the bag" well I can sure as hell tell you, the guy at the register did not fill my bag he was too busy complaning about people not running drive through orders. I sure love that they raised the prices to act surprised they did not give you what...
Read moreI go here all of the time, there is always something wrong. Either the card machine is down, their soda machine is down, their ice cream machine is down. Or when I finally get my order it's messed up, there's something missing, or it's the completely wrong order. I once used the mobile order app, checked in ap McDonalds, waited 30 minutes, had to call them for the order, got the wrong order, was double charged, and then was never refunded by the store, or by corporate. This is the worst McDonalds I had EVER been too, it is the WORST fast food place I have ever been too. They often have a long line of customers waiting for their food, they make you pull up past the window, or park to wait for your order. This happens nearly on every visit. The only reason I keep going back is because it's the closest fast food...
Read moreDuring my recent visit to North Carolina and Virginia, I made the decision to dine at McDonald’s. Upon entering the establishment, I approached the counter and requested to place my order. However, the young woman with glasses standing there, seemingly prepared to take my order, informed me that I was required to utilize the kiosk for ordering. I repeated my request, but without looking, she rudely stated that I was obligated to use the kiosk. This unexpected request left me perplexed. Consequently, I chose to leave the establishment and proceed to the neighboring Wendy’s restaurant. I express my dissatisfaction with the inconvenience caused by this unnecessary...
