We went here on a recommendation. This was our last stop on our Roanoke brewery tour. Technically not a brewery, they had a good selection of craft beers and it was close to the hotel. There's seating and a bar of what looks like a residential house. Down the side you have more outdoor seating and a small indoor area with another bar. My understanding is there's another dining area, but I can't verify that. We stayed street side so we could enjoy our cigars. Tyler was at the bar and was friendly and helpful. He recommended the pizza. He said we have a wood fired oven. We ordered the margarita pie. Mid order I went inside to see the open kitchen. Tyler said that's your pie coming out. He brought it outside and we told him it looked great. Originally from NY and Connecticut we're spoiled with NY and New Haven pizza. It had great color and crust. The he first slice had some flop. The second didn't after it cooled down some. The he flavor was fantastic. After the first we got the snap and very little flop. Kayla, who made the pie, came up to ask how it was. I told her the above and then said in Dave Portnoy rating style it was a 7.9. We recommend this place for a chill vibe and decent pizza. When we're in town again we will be back.

Don’t typically post reviews, but this was the worst recent dining experience I’ve had. Giving two stars because all least the kids’ food came out quickly and they liked it (pretty tough to screw up hot dogs and chicken fingers though). We got the app we ordered (it was fine) and then things went south pretty quickly. If I had to guess, our server forgot to put the rest of our order in and then it was behind the rest of the busy dining room. Drinks were slow and they didn’t have drafts as posted. Kids finished and we waited another half hour before asking for the mains to be boxed up and sent with us. We were offered some extra fries to make up for the hassle…never mind that no one ordered fries. Wife got what she ordered, my order was wrong. Gotta love a cold, crunchy burrito with a few things to dip it in. Seems like a decent place to hang at the bar, but hard pass on the dining room.

I came here on today 5.12.2024 to have dinner with my 5 year old and he set down I asked the bartender outside if I could order she said yes place order inside and they would give to me Togo. I said ok and walked back there. When I approached the bar I got to Olivia and asked if it was too late for me to order and she said 𝐘𝐞𝐬! I asked her how she knew who she asked because I’m thinking 💭 she said Yes so fast without a thought which was awkward. I asked her name she told me so fast and went back to the kitchen staff after she told me it was up to them. The tall girl cook with the grey eyes maybe the head cook told Olivia there’s no more pizza after this but it was up to Olivia if she would take my order in front of the order station and Olivia said we’ll no and ran back to the kitchen the shorter girl with the braids yelled 𝐍𝐎. So after Olivia finished her talking with the girls she came back to the front I asked her name and she said Oliva and spelled it out for me letter for letter maybe a little condescending and said I couldn’t order pizza I said yeah bec you told them that and I wasn’t ordering pizza. Next I told her thank you I’d be leaving my google review and she said ok. Went back to the kitchen the taller lady with the grey eyes comes out and says what’s going on I said you know because she told you and she said I couldn’t order so never mind, she said you can’t order pizza because I’m out I just put my last in there I said I wasn’t ordering pizza 🍕. She said here’s the menu I said no never mind now she said she didn’t want me to order and never even asked me what I wanted.

I’ve eaten here a few times in fact many times all I wanted was a salad and some fries & whatever else I saw for my little boy.

It’s freaking Mother’s Day & I have mixed emotions about this situation and how...

Understandable things are different and a little topsy turvey because of COVID and just reopening, but thos was absolutely horrible. Started off with bringing out the wrong drink, instead of saying they didnt have what was asked for. Then over an hour wait to get food. I ordered a bacon blu cheese burger, no bacon and an ice cold bun. My niece is vegetarian and ordered a cheese and mushroom quesadilla, she got the biggest pieces of chicken I have ever seen on her quesadilla. Then we asked for refills on drinks, 45 minutes later we were still empty cups. We asked a man to please send over our waiteress because our food was all wrong and we had no drinks. He said, yea I'll get somebody. She finally showed up, we explained the problem, she said she would get the manager. Well, low and behold it was the man we first said we had a problem to. He was the absolute worst excuse for a manager ever. He made every excuse in the book about why our food was wrong other than apologizing and fixing it. I know we weren't the only one with an issue, the table beside us had the manager over there and got gift cards for their issues. We paid for our meal we didnt eat, we weren't out for a free meal. We just wanted to finally enjoy being out and about after months of confinement, this was an all around miserable experience. I completely understand things being a bit different, but, take an order, read an order, make an order and serve an order..if it's wrong, fix it. Dont use the excuse that COVID has caused this issue. The issue was horrible management!! And not taking care of those that are out to make your...

I don’t know where to begin with this review this past Saturday night my boyfriend and I went there to have dinner and a few drinks after being seated immediately and there were only five tables in the whole restaurant that were seated. The waitress let us know within 15 minutes of the sitting down that it was gonna be a bit longer because the kitchen was short staffed, which we were fine with because we were gonna have some drinks. We ordered one pizza, simple pepperoni with extra cheese after waiting 30 minutes still no return to the table from the waitress we began to wonder what was going on she finally came over took another drink order from us brought our drinks shortly and then waiting another 30 minutes after she brought our beers came to inform us something was wrong with the brick oven. At this point it had been an hour since we had ordered the food, 2 of the 5 other tables had their food.We paid our beer tab and left with great frustration. The kitchen staff, because you can see the kitchen from where we were sitting in the bar area was doing absolutely nothing. They were in there, talking and socializing acting like they were not even at work. It was more of their social hours than the work time , it will be the last time we will go here. In the past this had been one of our favorite restaurants to go but after this experience we won’t be returning. The waitress was very nice, but the man working in the Kitchen was the problem we could clearly see him. If your gonna have a open kitchen make sure your staff is actually working so your waitstaff doesn’t have to make excuses for their poor...
