Subpar at best. I always went to the OG first watch in Kansas City and it was a family favorite. I was craving eggs Benedict and first watch always had the best. Well, not this one. First the million dollar bacon had good flavor but it was super cold. then my husband ordered a single pancake and a side of breakfast potato’s and the pancake was cold and the potatoes were mushy. We asked if they could put the potatoes back on a little longer and were told that “the skillet only has one degree on it so they can’t do that” we questioned it because that’s just a silly response/reason as you can easily put the potatoes back onto a one degree skillet for longer and get the results we were hoping to get from the food we were paying for. Nonetheless we were told a flat out no again by 2 people so he tried to eat his soggy potatoes and cold pancake as is. Now my eggs Benedict, the star of the show.. well, not exactly. For one, they put it on bread instead of an English muffin, there was an insane amount of ham, the Holliday sauce was SUPER lemony and I only received one pouched egg when the pictures, description and overall look of my meal, the long piece of bread, only had one egg on one side. Not only this but a single cup of so-so coffee was $4. Like what? This place is such a rip off. Paid $50 for food that wasn’t cooked or warm and their skillet is only one degree so non mushy potatoes are out of the question. Save your breakfast food money and go elsewhere. I know I...

I visited First Watch for the first time this past Sunday with 2 of my daughters and a friend of theirs. With it being right at lunch time, I expected a wait, and for it to be very busy. The host was very pleasant and friendly, and told us that it would be 20-30 minutes. We were seated within that time frame, and our waitress was very attentive. Everything that we ordered was excellent. I have seen comments about 2 pieces of french toast costing $9.00, but what people have to remember is that this restaurant is serving food that is HEALTHY and made with only the BEST and FRESHEST ingredients. I personally do not mind paying a bit more for food that doesn't have a bunch of garbage in it. One of my daughters ordered the avocado toast, and apparently they had run out of the spread, so they brought her egg out while they were making more-that way she at least had something to eat while she was waiting. She did have to wait quite a while for it to arrive, but they took it off of our bill to compensate. Also, I ordered a small orange juice and our waitress brought me a large, explaining that they were out of clean, small glasses. My first visit was not one without a few "issues", but I am still giving a 5 star rating because of the exceptional customer service we received, and the high quality and great taste of the food. Will...

My recent visit to First Watch was a delightful experience that perfectly matched the restaurant's reputation for serving fresh and flavorful breakfast, brunch, and lunch. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, with a bright, airy ambiance that made it feel like the perfect spot for a relaxed meal.

The menu at First Watch is both extensive and thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of healthy and indulgent options. I was particularly impressed with the freshness of the ingredients. Every dish seemed to be crafted with care, emphasizing the restaurant's commitment to quality.

I opted for the Avocado Toast, a popular choice, and it did not disappoint. The combination of perfectly ripe avocado, well-seasoned, and topped with eggs was delicious. My dining companions chose the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, and both dishes were met with rave reviews.

The service was excellent—attentive without being overbearing, and our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions.

First Watch provided a fantastic dining experience. The combination of great food, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent service made it a visit worth repeating. I’ll definitely be back to try more from their...

Our waitress was Amanda, and she was friendly and attentive. I ordered the half and half, of which I chose the chicken pecan salad and the Monterey Club. It was delicious and there was more food than I could eat. I forgot to ask for the dressing on the side, and it was more than what I would have put in the salad. The sourdough bread is so tasty. My husband ordered the Turkey Burger with the vegetable soup. The soup was hot and thick, and he declared both the burger and soup to be very good. I ordered a soda, not realizing it was almost $4.! Next time it will be water only. The atmosphere was fine, except for the freezing temperature inside. Even with my jacket, my fingers were blue. We will be back! Older review: have had good experiences at all First Watches I have eaten at. The staff has always been friendly and professional. The half and half with the turkey club sandwich on sourdough bread and pecan chicken salad (lettuce salad) with the honey mustard dressing is a delicious combo. The price was very reasonable, too. My husband chose the quinoa power bowl and said it was good, but he thought mine was tastier and better priced. The tables are very close together, and you can hear other's conversations. Besides that, all was good.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. My server was friendly, though extremely busy, so it would take some time to get his attention. The first set of silverware I was given had a surprising amount of dried on food on it, so watch for that. I was by myself, so I was seated at a little table near the entrance where many people waiting stood by my table blocking my site line to get my servers' attention, which did not help and took away from my experience there. I ordered the eggs Benedict with ham and tomatoes, and both eggs came together on a six inch piece of Ciabatta bread. It was a little tough for my liking on the Ciabatta. I had to salt and pepper it for any flavor to come through It could have used more bechemel sauce. It came with a side of fried potatoes, which were just OK. Again, bland and could have used some flavor or something in them. The coffee was good and served in a stainless steel coffee carafe that stayed on the table so you could serve yourself when you needed more coffee. I'm not sure I'd go back again. It didn't wow me at all. I'd say give it a try for yourself.
