This review loses two stars for one reason. This particular location was crammed in to this spot and not well thought-out with regard to traffic flow at all. The parking lot is extremely difficult and often hazardous to negotiate. The drive-thru lanes come directly through the parking area which, in this instance, are already INCREDIBLY narrow. If you're in a rush in the morning, DO NOT park, because you WON'T be able to pull back out since the drive-thru line is always backed up and there's no way to back out because of the lack of room.
Additionally, the lack of variety or stock in the products they sell off the shelf is abysmal. Often the dregs of what other stores have, and usually only one of each item.
None of this reflects at all on the personnel, who are always pleasant...

I went there on my lunch break, I was working outside so I was a bit sweaty. When I went in I had a backpack and lunchbox, I set it down and went to use the restroom, no greeting from anyone. Then I see the restrooms have a passcode and are locked. I ask for a code for the RR and the barista looks at another employee and says "uuuuuuuuuhmmmmmmmmm" Then the other girl says "the passcode is, uhhhhhhhhhh, well, uhhhhhhh. Then the first one finally steps in and says its 45464. Okay thx. In the RR i notice my hair is awry but I still dont look homeless, I look like ive been working. Never had this kind of experience with Starbucks in my life. Usually I don’t write reviews personally but this due made my whole family mad. The guy work at this location named Robert made crazy faces when we walked in. We were 12 people had spend more than 40 dollars all together. This dude said some words that we did not heard. We let it go then we had kids with us, 2 years old boy made some noise so he did not like. We said sorry for that but this dude did not even respond properly or not even looked at us. Also started slamming things here and there to let us know that he did not like it. So decided never again at this Starbucks location. My house is near by like 0.5 miles but he made me and my family so uncomfortable. Management should do...
