Last night I ordered a single pizza from them. Was told by a lady (who I found out later was the manager) that it would be 30-40 minutes for my delivery. That was at 8:30 at night. An hour passes and no pizza. I called to find out what was going on. They put the manager on the phone, the same one who took my order. She told me that when she put in my order and told me my expected time that 2 other oders/deliveries were already up. Which meant that it was going to take longer to have my order delivered. I asked her if my phone # was in there system and she said yes, I asked her why couldn't she have called me to inform me of the delayed time. She said she guess she could have. She didn't though. Then when my order did finely show up, the driver who was an older man came to the door smelling like pot.
On a different occasion I order from this same location and went to pick it up myself. Once I got there they didn't have my name on the order. So they "couldn't give me my order without proof" that it in fact was me. Are you kidding me....I had to show them the call log on my phone from when I called them to place the order. That was the only way to match it was by the time on the sticker on the box with time I called them. I mean really.
Another time I ordered from them, my husband picked our order up. When he got home we emdelently sat down to eat. Both of us noticed that our pizza, the same one that we always get, didn't taste the same. Something about it wasn't right. We still have know idea what...
Read moreOrdered a pizza, sub, cheese dip and an Alfredo pasta. I called and asked if I could get extra sauce and I’d be happy to pay for it as I’m 8 months pregnant and craving it. The gal said no problem and no charge. I picked up my food at 5:25 and got home. I open the pasta and there was maybe a tablespoon of sauce. A tablespoon. That was done deliberately and maliciously. I called and they offered to remake it with the gal on the phone saying she’d personally do it. The call was at 5:38 pm, I arrive and the gal is asking if my pasta was remade (she didn’t make it as she stated she would). I finally got my Alfredo pasta at 6:02 pm and made it home to cold pizza and cheese dip. I forgot to take a picture of the first pasta. Why was there a tablespoon of sauce only? Alfredo pasta typically has sauce in it and this one was so dry the noodles were cracked and browned around the edges. Why be malicious for no reason? I offered to pay for the extra sauce and I asked for extra as it’s a pregnancy craving. It’s a waste of my time, disrespectful, customer abuse and just plain mean. Check your food before leaving this location. The second pasta had sauce. Not extra but it did have some...
Read moreI ordered a well done deep dish through the app. Went to pick it up and the person at the counter was unfriendly and dismissive but was aware enough to say "its gonna ask you a question" before I paid to fish for a tip on bad service. Got home and took one bite of the pizza and tasted undercooked dough. Called and spoke to a manger named Billy who was also rude and dismissive. I asked for a refire and offered to swap it out for the raw pie so the guy understood I wasn't trying to get free food but just wanted what I ordered, correctly made. "I don't want it" in a douchey tone. The service here sucks. Drive to the one in Foley or just order from Little Ceasars, the quality is about the same with the laziness with which the employees of this dominoes prepare it. For the record I did leave the bad pie when I picked up the fresh one because, as I tried to explain to Billy before he got off the phone, I wasn't looking for anything free. I just wanted my order made right. There were no basic apologies for the inconvenience of driving up there a second time or acknowledgement...
