Vitolli's has so many things that make it a quaint, wonderful home-town favorite. First, every crust is handmade, a crusty on the outside, pillow of soft deliciousness on the inside, never soggy The sauce isn't that sweet, bland, red "ewww" of most chains pizza places, but that authentic, tangy, "awwwesome" pop of flavor you can only get from the perfect blend of spices & tomatoes. The toppings are always fresh & there are SOOO many options. The stuffed pizza is my personal favorite. The weight of it alone speaks to the craftsmanship of this pie of heaven. Multiple & ample meats like sausage & pepperoni with so many "toppings" that fill this baked masterpiece (5 stars isnt enough). There are just not adequate words. Ohhh, and the ravioli. Another culinary wonder not often found so well done except in true authentic Italian restaurants. Linguine, spaghetti, fettuccine- I don't know if they make the pastas themselves, but they sure have something that makes them the best I've tasted. The shrimp with creamy Alfredo sauce is another favorite, just the perfect blend of a (slight) butter, cream, and aged to perfection cheese. And with all the culinary delights, & a stone oven, one of the other delights of Vitolli's is the people. Owners are great people & I've never ever had one bad experience. Staff is friendly and courteous. But if you take one of my favorite stuffed pizzas home...bring a big vehicle. I have to turn the box slightly to its side to get it in the truck....it's a BIG...

They use the freshest ingredients, combine it with the tangy not sweet sauce, and stuff the pizza with piles of meaty sausage,, pepperoni,, and other delectable ingredients and bake it inside with fresh, ooeyy, gooey mozzarella heaven and back it between two flaky crusts to create pure perfection. I am willing to bet money against ANY OTHER pizza place in a taste test because VITOLI'S will win hands down. June 19, 2019 - The stuffed pizza - which I have to turn slightly sideways to even fit it in the truck - is enormous. It has every delicious meat and essential vegetable to great pizza between two layers of crust with just the right amount of sauce and ooey gooey melted mozzarella cheese. It's a food work of art. My only complaint would be that because this pizza is old world, crafted perfection that takes time to "construct", it isn't offered as a take-out option on Friday. By the the slice only...but still, a slice is probably 3lbs. No kidding. Yummy stuff. The fried ravioli is also very good. Crisp meaty ravioli in sauce is...
