Chopsticks — Restaurant in Robinson

After reading the numerous positive reviews, I traveled to Robinson chopsticks for Chinese instead of going to my local chopsticks. Huge mistake! The food had a nasty rancid aftertaste as if the oil of their fryer had not been changed for several days! Their lo mein was good because it doesn't get cooked using a fryer as there was no aftertaste at all but everything else did have a nasty rancid aftertaste. I bought 5 meals, soups and egg rolls, spending over $60. General TSO chicken and sesame chicken normally comes with broccoli yet there was no broccoli. I also got shorted 3 spring rolls that was supposed to come with the meals. This was my first time going there and it is my last time as I will not be going back. Don't waste your hard earned money going to this location. Quality is more important than quantity, and this place doesn't seem to care about the quality of their food. Very disappointing especially after reading all the positive reviews that now makes me think that those reviews were all fake in order to bring in business. Something as simple as changing the oil in their fryers and cleaning them as per OSHA and they are not even doing that, can get...

Upon,reading the comments. The little Chinese lady at the counter appears to be polite to previous customers. She wasn't polite to me. She didn't speak and said,"yea?!" Ok so the only one worth going to in the area is the one in Hewitt. I have eaten at all of them, and let me assure you the one in. Hewitt is the only one that makes the food to spec...it was like eating at a gormet primer restaurant. It was so much better than any of the chopstix in the area it was like I was ata diff place completely. The other stores should either emmulate the methodology as well as how to cook the food with the proper ingredients and care that the Hewitt location has mastered , or just close all together.
