I have been to this Taco Bell numerous times since it opened just a few months ago. They have never been great at customer service but they have rapidly gotten worse. There is literally as little interaction as possible at that store. Today I went through the drive-thru and I was told their system was down and I had to come inside the store. I had to order by kiosk only because they have removed any interaction at the front of the store with an employee. Numerous customers came in that did not know how to use the system or that that was in place and no one ever tried to help them or instruct them how to use the machine. The straws were completely empty, they were giving no one their drinks with their orders and everyone had to come back and ask for their drink cups. If I was the district manager of the store I would be embarrassed and humiliated. This is one of the worst cases of bad customer service that I have ever encountered. I understand that using kiosks is out of control of the store manager but having your employees assist your customers in a timely manner and at least be sure everyone is getting assistance and understands the process is entirely up to the manager to assure is happening. And I'm still not sure what you do if you want to pay cash because obviously the kiosks only take cards The only employee that I saw smile at all was the poor hearing impaired girl that they sent to the front to call customers food for them. She appeared to be learning from another employee at the time and had limited information. It's sad because this is a shiny new store and it should be full of people. But it is the least busy Taco Bell of any that I have...
Read moreI ordered through the mobile app which is easy to use and convenient. When we arrived at the restaurant, we went to the drive thru and let them know we had placed a mobile order. We pulled up to the window, received our drinks, and were told to pull to the front of the restaurant to receive our food. There were already two cars waiting. They both got their food, then three more cars pulled around. They all got their food, and we continued to wait. So I went inside to check on our order. No one would acknowledge me. I said "hello" and they still didn't acknowledge me. It took a couple minutes before I finally got someone to look at me from the kitchen and I asked if the food on the counter was mine. After telling them my name they said it wasn't and they were working on mine. It took 12 minutes from drive thru to them handing me our food. This is unacceptable! The "let's make it right" free taco - doesn't make it right. I don't understand why people after us got their food but if the staff would have explained or even apologized it would have been better. And more importantly acknowledged me when I arrived at the counter instead of me having to get their attention minutes later. BTW, the food was good but I'm not sure how soon we'll return due to the customer service issue...
Read moreDisappointing Experience at Taco Bell
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to the Taco Bell . I’ve been a loyal customer of Taco Bell for many years and have visited many locations, but unfortunately, this experience was unlike any I’ve had before.
First, the wait time was excessive—20 minutes for my order, which was unexpected for a fast-food establishment. When I finally received my meal, I was shocked by the quality. The food was unappetizing, and I found myself unable to finish it due to an unpleasant taste that reminded me of something akin to mop water. This was truly a first for me, as I’ve never had to discard a Taco Bell meal in the past.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the overall experience was far below the standards I’ve come to expect. Based on my visit, I would recommend the management at this location review their operations to ensure a better customer experience in the future.
I hope my feedback will be taken into consideration for improvements at...
