Dunkin' — Restaurant in Rochester

Edit: I'm here at 6:52, I was told the location was closed. I asked what time they closed and they said "7, but we have to make sure everything is picked up". I come here 3x a day, every day and I've never had this happen. I understand closing a window, on the go, etc but to close early for your convenience is not ok. As a retail manager, this is incredibly frowned upon. I'm losing faith in Washington st and 125 is a whole different breed now as well. Come on guys, I'm incredibly patient and under8 but this is unacceptable. I also think new management needs to be a bit nicer and more customer focused. Working on filling a shift with an employee who was there as a customer, (and had her items) while I was waiting for coffee on my lunch break yesterday was a little rough. That should be done in private, and not at the expense of waiting customers.

Went through the drive through at 9:30am, and ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. In theory, should only take 5 to 8 minutes depending on other outstanding orders. Both myself and my companion had worked at this location in the past, so we know the steps and effort required to perform services for customers. Over the course of waiting for the next 15-20 minutes, three different people came over to ask what we were still waiting on, and we repeated our order three times. One of the coffees had cream instead of oat milk, I am lactose intolerant but at that point could not ask them to remake it because I did not know how much longer it would take them, and at that point I had gone from making it into work early with breakfast to being late for work. Finally at 9:50 we received everything on our order....

Last time I went I asked for a medium iced tea with MELTED sugar. Simple right? Wrong. I was handed an ice tea with milk and sugar, an honest mistake. When I asked for it to be remade correctly the confused young worker obliged, but then proceeded to MELT THE SUGAR WITH HOT COFFEE AND THEN PUT THE ICED TEA IN WITH IT. I wasn't about to rip a poorly managed teenager's head off so I drove off and threw it away. Today I went and asked for a medium iced chai latte and they gave me an iced coffee with barely any milk and the chai powder mix just poured on top with no attempt of it being mixed. I doubt that drink even touched the latte machine. In conclusion, go here if you want your drink messed up. If you want your morning coffee made correctly, save yourself the hassle and just go...
