THEY MAKE IN THEIR BAKERY: TRADITIONAL ITALIAN PASTRY & SICILIAN STYLE BREAD PIZZA - SQUARE BREAD PIZZA (NOT ROUND) ON A DELIGHTFUL, THICK CRUST. CHEESE OR PEPPERONI!! OH MY GOODNESS, SO TASTY! ITALIAN COOKIES - PINWHEELS, ANISE COOKIES - THE PASTEL ONES, BLACK & WHITES/ HALF VANILLA FROSTING & HALF CHOCOLATE, LOBSTER TAILS: THE ITALIAN PASTRY - NOT THE SEAFOOD. LITTLE CHERRY PIES WITH ITALIAN PASTRY CREAM ON THE BOTTOM. ITALIAN STYLE (MOCHA) FROSTED ECLAIRS FILLED WITH ITALIAN PASTRY CREAM, OH MY! THEY DO NOT MAKE SMOOTHIES ( I HOPE THEY DO NOT!) THYE ARE 100 b% ITALIAN BAKEREY! IIT SEEMS? NO SALADS NOR SOUPS - SO FAR. LOU'S OFFERS OLD FASHIONED MUFFINS, BAKED WITHOUT ALL THE HEAVY OILS. BELIEVE IT OR NOT??? MUFFINS USED TO BE MADE WITHOUT HUGE GLOPPINGS OF VEGETABLE OIL!! THEIR MUFFINS ARE DENSE & FILLED WITH INGREDIENTS LIKE (CREAMY)APPLE FILLILNG & CINNAMON, OR CHOCOLATE CHIPS, OR OTHER FILLINGS. RASPBERRY & LEMON CIRCLES, SOME KIND OF CAKES COVERED IN DARK CHOCOLATE, (EGGY) SOFT, BREAD KNOTS WITH PALE SESAME SEEDS - BREAD KNOTS. THE KNOTS ALONE ARE TO DIE FOR! I've been there at least once a week since they opened. I've finally found a pastry shop that really makes amazing pastries, just like I remember them. The fillings are delicious, the flaky pastries are nice and flaky, the way they should be. They also have the best danishes around. The lobster tail is out of this world - I have served them to many people and it's always the best reaction - they're the best! Please keep up...

People are super friendly here and the food is outstanding. I am very fussy with bakeries and this place is top-notch. If you are looking for authentic Italian pastries, then this is the place to go.
