Studley Flower Gardens — Local services in Rochester

We ordered flowers from Studley Flower Gardens for a small wedding. We needed a bridal and maid of honor bouquets, church aisle decorations, large floral arrangements, and a table runner with roses for the reception. The flowers we received were beyond BEAUTIFUL! Due to COVID-19 we were not able to meet in person with Marie to talk about our plans for the wedding but instead all communication took place over emails and phone calls. Marie did a fantastic job listening to all our preferences and truly making our wedding flowers perfect for us. Everyone at the wedding thought that we had stunning flowers and they came out beautiful in pictures as well. I'm only giving one star because last year I went around to a bunch of green houses with a picture of yellow lilacs. I was told primerose would open and be a deep beautiful yellow like in the pictures. So I bought all the bushes they had at the time. 8 total. A year later they have bloomed but are white. When I called to let them know since I was very disappointed they told me they wernt sure why I was told that and only the buds are yellow on primrose. They did not apologize or try to make it right. The man I spoke to was short with me and rude. I am very disappointed. They were gifts for my mother in-law and grandmother who both had been searching for yellow and both were let down this year when...

Ordered some flowers on the December 23 to be delivered the 23 or 24, in Exeter, they never were delivered! The excuse today 3 days later, was poor communication with the other flower shop. Studleys wired the order to another shop in Exeter. These were to be delivered to my sister who is ill, wanted to make sure she had something pretty to look at ,at Christmas. It was important that she got the flowers on Christmas...both flower shops had my phone number...if the order couldn't be done I should of been notified. Not a peep from either flower shop. Will not ever use studlys again.. The excuse of poor communication is not...
