The order takers here take very long to take orders at this time of night. I don't know if it's a set crew but the person in front of me waited a long time, then I pulled up and was told to wait a minute. So they had me wait for 5 or more minutes without taking my order. I asked multiple times if anyone was there because I hadn't heard anything for a while. Someone in the adjacent drive through pulled up and the order takers immediately took their order before mine. I then waited another 2 or 3 minutes before they took my order. I then pulled up to the window and as the order taker was taking my card I could hear the other crew members and laughing and saying "wait a minute" and continued to gossip. By the time I got my fries and I was leaving they still hadn't gotten back to the other customers and ontop of that my fries I had ordered were cold and one of them was turned upside down in the bag. And keep in mind fries were the only thing I ordered. I've worked at McDonald's earlier in my life and it takes literally a minute to prepare fries and about a 5 minutes to prepare fresh ones. I didn't get fresh ones so... The crew members at this location need to stop gossiping and maybe do their job which isn't too much to ask. There wasn't a line or anything else going on to cause a long wait. It was just gossiping as far as I could tell. That's why I'm leaving a one...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to McDonald's tonight at about 10:30pm , because I'm pregnant and was craving hashbrowns. We sat at the order box for probably 3 minutes waiting, before she said, "one minute". Now, when we ordered, there was another nice wait, for the one car in front of us to receive there food. Well, that all wasn't really the problem. After the girl at the window took our card and charged us, she handed us the small Sprite I ordered, and told us the hashbrowns will be a minute. I wasn't happy to wait, which was probably another 5 minutes. Before a different woman came to the window, just about tossing us a big bag of lots of burgers, which we didnt order! She didn't even say to have a good night, or anything!! We yelled in the window, twice "this isnt ours!" By the second, the window closed and we threw the car in park and knocked at the window. Seriously! A boy came from the back, took back the bag of burgers and brought us our hashbrowns. All this time, with little interaction from any of them! We ended up seeing there was at least 2 guys and 2 girls working. Know why they were taking so long and not interacting with us?! They were laughing and joking around with each other!! Half-a**ing their duties!!! I've completely had it, and of course didnt ask if I wanted a reciept or anything, so I didnt get any of their names! It was all very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHas to be one of the worst McDonald's I've been to, and I drive 1000 miles a week between NH ME and VT. Used the kiosk, as I'm able to understand technology at 36 years old. After the kiosk told me it was unable to take payments at the moment, it directed me to take my slip to the counter to pay, would have been very easy if it printed the ticket. I do see the non printing alot. So as I stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes waiting to give the business my money, a rude older lady wearing sunglasses told me to order at kiosk. As I was telling her what it said she decided to walk over and patronize me as if I was too stupid to understand how to use it. Once she let me actually explain the situation, she simply said I'm supposed to just tell people to use the kiosks to order, as she turned around she was mumbling under her breath, didn't get most of it, but I could make out enough to know she was complaining at the fact I told her she wasn't correct and that God forbid she had to help a customer. I didn't get any food, simply put my card away and left. Terrible customer service, with a terrible attitude towards a paying customer, I expected more out of the older generations work force. I guess I was wrong. Burger King it is from now on when I'm...
