literal a$$. ordered through doordash, and was only delivered 1 sandwich, after ordering 2. we called the store asking what had happened, and where the other one was. the first woman we spoke to was kind, and said that we must have received the wrong order, that driver was practically already here with the correct one, and that they would fix it quickly. 20 minutes go by, and no sight of our order. so we called the store again, and we were met with hostility, and honestly gaslighting. they acted put out by the fact that we only got half our order, and a different woman from the first said, “i guess we’ll get that to you” and hung up. a few minutes later, it arrived in a crumpled bag, with a crumpled receipt inside. they usually staple it to the bag, with the bag also stapled shut. i work in the food industry myself, and understand a certain amount of frustration - when the frustration MAKES SENSE. but i would NEVER do that. the fix was simple, so fix it with grace and civility, just as myself and my coworkers would do at my job. we were literally just hungry, wanted food, and paid for it. not that...

If I could give no stars I would unfortunately I had the pleasure of calling and getting talked about in the background only for myself to have to call back and advocate the fact that it was rude they didn’t knock on the door they placed my bag in the snow there for ruining my sandwich and I decided still being that I work food-service as well not to call and complain a I know how it is After a half an hour we called to see where it was because no one knocked and it would’ve sat out there all day had I not asked where my sandwich was that was why I called and then had the pleasure of hearing my order my address And myself being talked about poorly I had to explain then that I was red in the face and I had never Been talk to in such a manner and they said well we can send another one out to you and I told them to please not bother because I was then afraid of ordering from them again if they can talk about someone on the phone what will they do when you’re not there to your food I respectfully declined and I will not be ordering again As I felt She was probably only sorry that I Over heard...

I'd heard many people talking about the food and the fast delivery and finally decided to give it a try. I had only tried a couple of sample sandwiches that they brought around when I was at my doctor's office one day just after they opened. I ordered a hunter's sandwich and a Gargantuan the first time with both bbq and plain chips and one of each cookie. The hunter wasn't bad. I love the big G! I get the french bread with bread removed and extra onions. I'm addicted to these sandwiches. The chips were okay and the cookies were nice. I later on tried the pickles and love them too. They remind of the pickles we used to get as kids in big barrels or jars at some of the little stores. I was also very happy with the delivery and it is fast. The delivery person even apologized for being a little late and it hadn't even been 10 minutes yet. Very good service and all of the delivery people I've had so far have been great. Some day I'll try the other sandwiches I'm interested in if I can get past the Gargantuan. Now to plan an order for...
