Taco Time — Restaurant in Rock Springs

After traveling for hours, I decided to stop at Taco Time for a late lunch 2:30pm. I walked in and noticed that an employee was mopping the restaurant with a mildewed smelly mop which was already kind of a turn off and she hadn't gotten to the area where the register was. So I walked up to order and as I was placing my order with the cashier (Felicia), the employee mopping the floor asked me to move over to where she had just mopped. Normally you wouldn't be expected to be told to stand on the wet mopped floor and so I said I would prefer to stand on the dry ground so I don't slip and she started to get really cantankerous with me and the cashier then told her to back off and to mop around me which she did. Therefore, as soon as I walked over to the beverages I was then walking on wet floor. The cashier was very apologetic but the whole experience was ruined because of that. The food came out very quickly and tasted delicious! I got two crispy burritos and a drink. Only got one dipping sauce which you'd expect 2 when buying 2 burritos, but no big deal, my meal came to $11.69. Another odd thing was that the lids and straws are up by the register, instead of over by the beverages....

Hate to leave a 1 star, but staff tonight was dazed and confused???? I placed an online order for over $50, and came in to pick up, and they said it would be a few minutes, so I sat down for a few minutes.......and waited for them to call my name. Few minutes later, I checked, and no one seemed to know about my order, and then they "found" two bags under a counter, and I left with my order. Got to my hotel and found a small part of my order and another order from another customer. Since I was close, I took it all back, and they said the other customer was unhappy as her's was missed too, and they would make mine right. the "manager" also gave me a coupon for a free combo meal here, but I'm out of town. So, I get my corrected order and though the manager said "its all correct now", I got back and was still missing two items. Thankfully I was staying across the street. So, went back and had to get it right a 3rd time. These workers need better training!!!!!! The manager blamed it on how the corporate on-line order comes up. He said a few of the items didn't come up on his order board........I probably won't be back after...

The staff we encountered were not very friendly, I dare say rude. The gal who took our order was friendly enough. She had to look to another employee for assistance and to answer questions. The employee who was assisting with our order was unkind and had a harsh tone. When she brought our order to the area where we were seated I expressed that I didn't know which burrito was which, as most of us had ordered something different. And she tossed them about stating which was which. She could've been having a bad day or maybe she constantly displays the tone and attitude of someone who should not be in a position of customer service. The food was ok, the items were priced higher than our local taco time. Speed of service was okay, an estimated time would've been helpful. The tables and high chairs were filthy and sticky. I used wet wipes out of my diaper bag to clean up the table and highchair. I used 4 wet wipes and they were all a deep shade of brown once I had finished wiping up. All in all I likely wouldn't stop in here when...
