This is the first time ever here at this location and spent 30 bucks only to get home and my food is wrong then trying calling for at least 15 or 20 min the phone was honestly ringing the entire time no one would answer finally the manager answered no let me remind you that I had been calling for a half hour and now I'm home they close in 15 min grrr starts talking I need to bring the pizzas back up there I told him that for one I wouldn't make it back up there in time so he wanted us to save the pizza to bring back up with us when we came first of Dustin I ordered all these pizzas because I had a house full and your attitude was not appreciated and the way you handled the situation was unprofessional to say the least finally after I went off you say ok well what do you want me to do give you a refund so I said no I want you to put it in your book to replace the order the rite way he said I'll replace the one pizza but I must petting in the receipt in order to get it even though he knew who I was he took the order and made it I just moved out to Fenton and can honestly say this little ceasers is the only one I've ever had issues with I'm not sure who owns this location but somebody should really make their employees take a course in customer service the way he handle the situation is not how you keep a costumer base oh also my phone records the conversations so I'll be posting that with the 15 min ringing prior to him answering get better service don't get upset because you make a mistakes correct that mistake and make your costumer who spent their hard earned money there feel like it...
Read moreTried again and again, but done with this location, or altogether. Little Ceasar's was never about quality, it was about convenience. Hot & Ready. Not once have I walked into this store and had a pizza ready to go out except the one time I was able to use the portal. Tonight, as usual, the portal wasn't working online, so thought I would try calling in my pepperoni since I knew it wouldn't be ready. Hung up after 10-15 rings. Decided to stop in anyway 5 minutes later. No customers, not busy, just didn't bother to answer the phone. Ordered a pepperoni and breadsticks. He found an old order of crazy bread or something..asked if I wanted that instead. I'm easy, so took it. Rang me up. Thought I'd get lucky with that one pizza sitting in the warm box, but no..it was sausage. I said that's fine, I'll take it. Then he started reringing the order. It was $1 more for this sausage for some reason. So after all that, got an old sausage pizza with some old bread, neither of which I came in for and paid $1 more for it. I did offer to take this other food instead, so that's on me..but I'm sure most people could...
Read moreA couple of updates towards the bottom. The commercial says pretzel crust hot and ready...the sign in the front says the same thing. I go in, ask if they have the pretzel crust hot and ready, and they say no, we don’t keep that hot and ready. I point out the sign and the kids that work there laugh at me and say it again. Still think you are worth $15 per hour? Probably not worth employing. Update: almost a year later and none of my family have ate here since. We all used to eat here at least twice a month with several times once a week. We now use any other pizza place. I have even spoke with family and friends in other areas and got them to stop eating at Little Caesars all together as well. Second update 07/28/23. I thought we would give it one last try. They should seriously stop advertising Hot And Ready at this store. It is absolutely false advertising at this point! I will say that they staff this time were friendly and the store is clean so that has improved. But, I doubt I will be back. Every other pizza place is so much better, I mean literally pick one and you will probably have a...
