Gyros House and More — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Well let's start with I was going to Taco Bell across the street when I walked in I was pushed into using the kiosk to order .... I'm lazy and came inside for the convenience on not doing anything but ordering well that didn't work out to shorten the story up I left asap ... They suck at customer service. So I went across the street to yup... The gyro house where you get what you pay for and great service on top of it . I ordered the Italian beef came with fries and a full plate of them ! I paid 15 bucks about what I woulda spent at the bell and got way more food than I ever would have had I gotten the bell... moral of story I guess stay local shop local get better service and food in return ! If your west sider or anyone thinking about going to alizes or whatever the place is or even uncle nicks I suggest u stop by this place and try them out ... And bonus they have a small bar inside so you can get a drink while you wait . I stayed and ate inside...

The person taking my order at register was nice but the person making the food was extremely rude. I ordered a gyro meal to go, I received my meal and I waited to open it up till I got back to work and the meat was cold, tomatoes and onions were practically frozen. Didn't even get to eat it. As he was making my order he asked "everything on it" I then was going to state no onions then person making order said " I already made it, sorry I have 40 orders to complete" as if mine didn't matter. I spent money which was not worth it at all, you gained and I lost. Terrible! Treat your employees with respect and train them well instead of yelling at them. You told one to do one thing then in the middle of that you said to do something else. Treat them with respect! Treat your customers...

Sorry gyro house, I have to be honest on this one. I ordered a gyro burger the order was right however the burger was well over cooked and so dry it put out a liver taste. The fries were dull and seemingly rushed cooked that I ran across a couple that were still frozen in the middle. What a shame... MY 2 stars are for the establishment for fact that the place was very clean. The young lady that took my order was NOT rude however she was not welcoming she didn't say hello or greet me in any way she just stood there and waited for me to give her my food request. Also during my time waiting for my food i noticed a sign that read " no replacements or refunds". Wow. So I didn't dare to take the food back just will NOT be...
