I visited Taco Bell location 032097 at 2602 Auburn St in Rockford IL on 6/20/17 and received very terrible service. I did have a large order with some customization so I went slow so the guy (who sounded like it was his first day working in fast food) could keep up. According to my receipt his name was Antonio H. My order was for 1 naked chicken box with the crunchy taco substituted for a soft taco, add sour cream and a diet Pepsi no ice. 1 burrito supreme and 1 chicken chalupa. 1 chicken quesadilla. and lastly a combo, 2 chicken chalupa supreme with the crunchy taco substituted for a soft taco, add sour cream and a Baja Blast no ice. When I pulled up to pay they noticed I had 3 drinks on my order, from what I heard it sounded like he put a large Baja Blast on my order instead of modifying the existing drink to have no ice. The manager asked me if I wanted the extra drink, or if I wanted a refund. I asked for the refund. The manager was able to issue a refund for the extra charge, however did so with an attitude. She acted annoyed that she had to fix the order and issue a refund. When I got home, the real surprises began. First the receipt that was given to me was for the refund they processed. I did not get one for my actual purchase. On top of that, almost half the order was messed up. The one soft taco in the box meal had sour cream, the burrito supreme had sour cream, however the two chicken chalupa supreme and the other soft taco did not. Both of the chicken chalupa supreme that did not have sour cream also did not have chicken; they were both beef. The quesadilla was plain cheese; it was supposed to have chicken on it. This is not the first time orders I have placed at this location have been messed up. I would say my overall order accuracy at this location is about 25% of the time they get it right. This is terrible service and I would not recommend this location to...
Read moreEveytime we go to this location, my husband and I have problems. We always order for a mobile pickup but we end up waiting longer than the customers who order at the speaker. It's not fast at all. We went there last night and it was the worst. We ordered through the app for a mobile pickup like usual. We get to the window and they tell us to pull around. So we do, we're sitting in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes. The lady comes out with a bag but we try to tell her that's not all our food. She proceeds to tell us that it is. Sure enough we check it and it's not our order. We were missing like 4 items from our order. We try to go up to the door but they won't help us. They tell us to go back in line which is now like 5-6 cars. We pull up to the speaker and tell the lady that we're missing items from our order. She gets someone else for us to talk to because apparently it's too difficult to figure out how to help us. So we tell the guy what we're missing and he tells us that he made everything and to hold on. He talks to the staff and tells us to pull up to the window. When we pull up to the window, they take our order back and tell is to pull back around to the mobile pickup lane. So here we are waiting for another 10 minutes waiting for our food that we ordered like 20 minutes ago now. So the same lady brings out our food . We check it and it's still not right but I'm so tired and our kids are getting fussy in the back seat, I didn't care anymore. But I will be calling corporate and filing...
Read moreWent to order around 10 PM. My dad is bilingual plus he’s had bestial surgery after having cancer on his face. The person taking his order was extremely short and rude. First, she said she couldn’t understand anything he saying, and then she didn’t even complete our order. She didn’t get a chance to order any drinks. So we pull up to the next window and we try to finish order and she’s asked if we want to go around again. And then once again, she said she didn’t understand anything he was saying. The whole time she was snarling, rolling her eyes, and sighing. I understand people go through a lot during their shift. But if you are working in fast food, it usually involves customer service. And they’re definitely is training on being more aware of ethnicities in your demographics. And I’m sure there’s training on awareness on disabilities or impediment like speech, etc.. Even with all that training, it would not make up for her attitude and discuss she had visibly on her face not only for the rest of us, but for the surgery affects on my dad’s face. It takes a lot of motivation, and strength, and courage to go out and do something as simple as order a meal from an OBESE employee who has the nerve to be disgusted with how someone looks is beyond my...
