Happy Wok — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Major disreguard and respect for customers in every way. Dont go to this location for any food what so ever. Walked in and specifically asked in great detail for exact product. Very clear speech was used. The order was so called down in front of me. The order was read back to me. The order was a multiple orders with clear/white sauce, BROWN SAUCE. Soecifically stated this multiple times. I even stated, please make order correctly as I live far away.

Well, they wave at me and say my order is ready and they girl is smiling witg one small bag. I said thats not mine as you need alot more food and bags lol. She was handing me a bag witg one soup in it, after I paid $37+ for food. So, they looked around for order then waited alot longer then food popped up.

I then stated, is this exactky what I ordered in great detail etc and they responded yes! And i partially looked in bag and didnt see any soy sauce or the chilli oil hot sauce etc., forks, knives, spoons.. That right there should have tossed up a red flag. So, they turned around and looked around and got all the items the forgot to put in bag for me.

So, I left and got home and All my food was wrong. No clear/white sauce, wrong meals. I called and the girl completely just blew me iff because she said the drive through is busy. she didnt care and blew me off and put me in hold then hung up.

Ordered sweet & sour chicken and rice. Asked for the smaller of the 2 sizes available. (On my menu as well as the menu online it’s Fam & Super.) called back because I got a dinner size order which the lady on the phone clearly doesn’t know her own menu & told me there’s a large size as well & it’s on the menu. I’ll add photos. The lady kept cutting me off told me “next time you should order this way” rudest I’ve experienced yet for just a simple issue I had paying mind you the same amount for pork fried rice getting less rice in the “large” size as I would have on the family size. I’m adding one photo with the at home menu. As if you click on the menu for their location is exactly the same “2sizes”. But still 2.50$ to upgrade to pork fried rice and get less. We have been regulars of this North main happy wok for years and order close to $200 worth of food every week for our animal clinic, In the past two weeks we have had some of the worst service from a restaurant that we have ever experienced. It took over two hours for a delivery to show up and when I was on the phone with the store they told me to let the driver know I could have the food for free the driver refused didn’t answer back and walked away and left. I called the store back and told him what happened they apologized instead of sending me food back for free they reimbursed me eight dollars short of what my order Cost. Then I had to pay for new food to be sent to me I wasted a total of four hours.
