The African American young lady that was working this afternoon on 8-19-2025 was very rude to us she hung up on us then told us the phone was messed and and said so now what I said your being very rude she proceeded to continue to be rude calling names and a huge argument happend I asked for the manager she said she don’t want to talk to you as a crew leader I am shocked by her attitude and rudeness towards us this is not the first time she has behaved in this manner towards us I would not recommend this place one bad apple can spoil a bunch and I understand this is the hood but peoooe shouldn’t treat paying customers or anybody in this manner she needs to be...

I ordered food through door dash I got my food and was short a gyro, I paid 55 dollars including a tip. Our car was broken down (hence why we ordered door dash) I called back and asked if we could have The order brought to us. Ordered a 6 piece chicken tender meal with fries, 2 cans of soda, and mozzarella sticks. Fries were cold and soggy, mozzarella sticks were cold and the cheese was completely solid in the middle, and they gave me only 1 soda and it was niether of the 2 sodas I paid for. This has been a constant issue with food quality, the taste is great when the order is fresh unfortunately that doesn't happen often.
