Normally I either write a review if I had an amazing experience or one that is far below average. This is on the latter. I am one of many Starbucks loyal customers as I go often and have been to most / all Starbucks in the Rockford / Greater Rockford area. Typically service is good and they make the drink as requested (as should be since this is a purchased good). This is my second dissatisfying experience with this location. I enjoy some of the drive thru employees and some look like they utterly hate their job. I’m always courteous to any employee, but I don’t receive the same respect back sometimes here (feels like I’m the one in customer service). Today I asked for a berry hibiscus with “VERY light ice”. A Venti Chai Tea Latte with Cinnamon powder on top, a double bacon cheddar egg sandwich and a cake pop. When I went to get my order today the worker took a very long time. But that wasn't the issue the issue was when I actually got my order. My Venti was barely half way filled so I paid for a Venti and didn't even get the amount I paid for. Then my sandwich was in pieces the bacon and egg were out and the sandwich was all apart. First off when ordering my usual through the drive through as I was explaining what I want she immediately cut me off saying “Do you want it iced or hot” I Did not receive what I ordered besides the actual cinnamon dolce syrup flavoring. It was absolutely disgusting so I drove back and explained to a different employee nicely to be greeted with a snotty Non stop smirk, no apology, just a “your drink will be ready down there... nothing more! I have been visiting Starbucks daily for 8 YEARS for my ice coffee and have always had wonderful service until visiting this location. For a $6.50 coffee I expect better service.
