( Coupon book is handed out beginning of the month) You should just print coupons for medical users. Because you all have messed a lot of customers weekend by the news you learn at the purchase line is nuts , and not professional at all. You should have fixed after the 8/1 - 8/30 run. It would only be fair to public, because the problem isn't from this side being public... accommodations should stand. You could have calculated your loss in a time frame,, instead you vamp the whole promotion by screwing the customer that has made you rich. Eat this one and try a little keep customers informed with the change on a on time basis, being that it's already in use for information on what you have, and price changes ,same should be for the customer in a full 360. Customer come from many different distances to purchase,and that has caused the public Outrage! Facebook is flooded with this wrong approach Sunny Side has taken. Totally screwed my weekend up. People planning to see your company and will learned. I went to buy a 3.5cresco for 36. 00( adult use)& get on for $1.00 . Total last week $47.00 Today $ 71.00 I was being charged.    Read moreI visited Sunnyside and attempted to purchase. But they won't sell you anything unless you create an account. Or order through a kiosk/tablet. Every other competitor in town. I walk up, tell them what I want. Give them cash. And walk out the door. Product in hand, a happy customer. In/out in less than 5 minutes usually. Sunnyside cannot be this easy apparently. I'm not sure why they have to be difficult. But because of them trying to FORCE me to create an account, or use a kiosk or tablet when I'm standing right at the counter trying to place an order. They lost a customer. I've already spent my money I was going to spend here tonight at their competitor Lyfe who was very happy to make a purchase extremely easy, and fast. I walked up. Told them what I want. They grabbed it. I paid for it. And walked out with product in hand. Very fast, simple transaction. Unlike Sunnyside making things unnecessarily difficult. While I appreciate the canned generic stamp response. There's nothing to resolve. I already spoke to a manager and was told there was nothing they are willing to do. Choices are create an account. Or stand in a line to order from someone holding a tablet. Then stand in another line. Your competitors don't do this. I walk up to a counter, say what I want. They get it. I pay for it. Very simple. Sunnyside wants nothing to do with a simple transaction...
