The first thing I wonder is what you would not make extra of one of your most popular coffees, went in today looking for Working Joe⌠but alas none to be found. Very sad. So I got a bag a Vilas Bridge instead and rather disappointed to find that it was not âa full poundâ as advertised. Having worked for you I know youâve got mad attention to detail and pride yourself on your coffees being a full pound, as many brands are not. This leads me to think maybe youâve got an employee helping with the packaging. All well and good but should definitely teach them about the âTAREâ button on the scale for the weight of the empty bags. The only reason I noticed at all is that the jar I keep my coffee in fits exactly a full pound. Itâs only off by .4 oz but itâs enough to be noticeable. The second recommendation would be to put something between the bags of coffee and the display cooler because the condensation makes the bag bottoms a wee bit soggy. I think just a wooden board or something would probably do the trick. I do recommend Rockingham Roasters for delicious coffee, beautiful light open space in the heart of BF. Itâs great for...
Read moreThis coffee place had a cute atmosphere and looks promising from the outside. My friends and I ordered 4 iced coffees with flavoring, one came out hot and the other 3 iced ones consisted of frothed milk and iced cubes. As having experience as a barista, I know you are not supposed put frothed milk into iced coffee, this is what made the coffee taste horrible. We could not taste the flavoring whatsoever and could only taste the frothed milk that was mixed with iced cubes. I feel bad for the employees because maybe this was a result of poor training but the coffee was just made completely wrong. If employees were taught correctly and coffee was made properly, this place would have 4 or 5 stars. As I said above, there is a promising atmosphere about the place and itâs very...
Read moreI am somewhat of a Latte aficionado, we have rated Lattes from around Vermont and New Hampshire, from Londonderry Vt to Bethlehem NH, and the Latte from Rockingham Roasters is the best!
Revision: went back the following week and the latte was terrible. It was made by someone else and was not as good at all. Consistency is key to success, if I can trust I get the same quality each time, it's not worth coming back. We also ordered ground coffee, one was for espresso and it was not ground correctly. It's an hour drive so not...
