King Bibis Rockland — Restaurant in Rockland

The place is very disorganized. I placed an order online which made me download a new app called “ slice” when I got there is very busy and sorta friendly but omg the are all over the place . Some lady that got there after me got seen before me and I had already been waiting for over 5 minutes . When I told them I ordered online they asked me from where ? I never heard that before. They are super friendly but need a better system. One they need cashiers always at the front not running back and forth. They should be more attentive to every customer who walks in the door instead of ignoring them, people up front who stays up front is crucial. They need a system that organizes their Orders from Online or inside the store it don’t matter their system is all over the place. And they also don’t greet you they are so lost and out of their minds and they can’t have a normal conversation with you everything feels rushed and weird. Ordered from here in a numerous times and there’s has always been an issue with the time promised. They are always late. I was given 55 mins for my order to be completed. I arrived to pick up cause it was showing that the order was ready for pick Up, once I arrived I was told it would take another 10 mins for my order to be ready. I returned in 10 mins and the order was ready, however the food was cold! Was excited to find a secondary place for typical Brazilian food. I placed a pick up order and the woman behind the counter was very rude. Told me no several times that I didn't have an order and then when she found it just walked away without saying a word. Was weird to be treated hostilely at food pickup.
