Cosmos Ice Cream — Restaurant in Rockledge

We discovered Cosmos Ice cream truck at the Strawberry Festival in Palm Coast FL and absolutely fell in love with some of the best ice cream we have ever had! The pistachio ice cream was DIVINE! The strawberry ice cream was AMAZING! Everyone we talked to said the same. This was hands down the BEST ice cream any of us have ever had! The truck is super cool! We enjoyed the views sitting up top. And the owner is the most down to earth, sweetest lady ever who is just tickled to hear you rave about her creations! If you want to support disabled owned, or veteran owned or woman owned you can knock out three or four birds with one stone and support one of the coolest businesses out there with some of the best ice cream around. I rarely take the time to write reviews but I’ve had this on my to do list for a while! My kids loved it! My parents loved it! I loved it! It was PHENOMENAL! I’m sad we moved so far away now we won’t be able to come back again soon. :( Next time we’re back in FL though we are definitely tracking them down...

I had the "space cream" ice cream but instead of strawberry drizzle I got the heath bar drizzle which made all of it soon much better in general. I mostly enjoy the atmosphere and how neon and electric it feels especially the design of the truck seeming to look like a bus more than a truck. I've seen them before but never bought any ice cream from them because I wasn't open to getting any from them. But after finding where there store was on complete accident and the fact that their ice cream is delish, I recommend going there. I would've spent 5 dollars for that small tbh,...

This was our first visit to Cosmos Ice Cream and it won't be our last!

We had four different Speciality flavors, Dulche De Liftoff, The Black Hole, Hubble Bubble, and the Cosmic Unicorn. Each flavor was a delicious treat.

The ice cream has a distinct texture from the nitrogen that was enjoyable. It became very creamy near the end as it melted.

We will certainly be back in the future to try additional flavors. It's worth the drive to the shop or the Giant truck when it is at events. Thank...
