Me and my family have been to many Pho places and this one was quite disappointing seeing how high it’s rated. “
“The cost” of pho is 10-13$ the portion is not satisfactory at all for what you pay, some pho places you would pay 15-16$ and you get a very large bowl about double the size they give you here) where you would finish your noodles first before the meat ( and that’s amazing). The meat portion is not balanced with the noodles. I was given 6 small cuts of brisket and that’s it. I assumed they are rated well for their rice meals which I haven’t tried. If you want pho this is not the place, I recommend to look elsewhere, I’d say it’s worth it to pay an extra 4-6$ where you’d get some vegetables a large portion of meat and noodles with the right amount of broth and feel overly satisfied with the food.
“Taste” is decent but given that I’ve been to many pho places I’d say it’s pretty disappointing. There’s definitely way better places out there. I normally wouldn’t modify the broth/ taste bc i see it as respect to how the chef made it. This one i felt the need to modify it.
“The wait-time” it took about 35-40 mins for the food to come out. It’s longer than normal but ig it could be bc it wasn’t a busy day. Broth is usually cooked in batches. it did feel weird though that the people that came in later and ordered later got their food about 10 mins before you get yours. They had pho as well.
“Customer service” was not that helpful. All he wants to do is hear the number of your order and he’s gone. “Just tell me the number”(while pointing...

The servers speak enough English to serve well and the cooks, while I'm not sure what language they speak, know how to make amazing food. The experience is authentic, the food is great and served relatively quickly, and the prices are very reasonable. Service is better than it used to be (it used to be difficult to flag down a server) so my only downfall has now been cured. My favorite is the Clay Pot. It comes in a small, individually-sized, authentic clay pot. No need to pay extra for rice, it's included in the meal (also, we have never payed extra even if we asked for more).
My favorite Asian food is Thai food...hands down. And until I ate here, Thai was the only Asian food I liked. However, this restaurant has increased the size of my food selection without significantly decreasing the size my wallet.
Eating here is...
Read moreThe quaint look of KT Noodles house belies the most authentic Vietnamese food anywhere. This business has been here for 28 years and that speaks volume to the restaurant staying power! Came here for the first time in 3 years and pleasantly surprise with their food. We ordered 69B Chef’s special flaming beef and shrimp $16.25, and the second order of 23 sautéed shrimp and vegetables $11.25. Yeah sure, the Chef’s special was very involved due to wetting of rice paper, fresh veggies, marinated slices of beef and peeled shrimps… but after the first peanut sauce dip, we were hooked! Sweet and savory spring rolls to your heart content. The sautéed shrimp and veggies served with rice tasty enough that make all the 10min wait worth it. Plenty of parking out front, but no shade. The servers are very knowledgeable and will provide recommendations if you can’t make decision from their unusual large menu. Will come back to try...
