Anna Maria's Pizza — Restaurant in Rockton Township

There were six of us in our party. The calamari appetizer was heavily breaded and very chewy. The one visit salad bar that came with dinner had very small salad bowls and a very small selection of items. The bread came after the main dishes were served instead of beforehand. My daughter and I ordered the linguine and clams In a white wine sauce. When the dish arrived, the noodles were fettuccine, not linguine. When I told the waitress the noodles were not linguine, she claimed they were!

In the restaurant’s defense, they did not charge us for the calamari which had been tasted by the six of us at the table. When another server came to our table, he offered to redo the two dishes, but it was late and we wanted to get back to our hotel so we declined the offer.

When we were leaving, I spoke to the owner about my disapproval of getting fettuccine instead of linguine with clams. She said “it’s all pasta”. I said “There’s a reason you only see “linguine and clams”, not “fettuccine and clams” on Italian restaurant menus. It’s different!”. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Everything was horrible including the service, our waitress came to our table 3 times 1 to take the order, deliver the food, and bring the check, we had money out and waiting to cash out for 10 or 15 minutes so we insisted she stay right there and cash us out. We were the only table in the restaurant until a 6 top of regulars (waitress knew them all by name) came in and she sat them directly next to our booth that was 6 inches away, they were loud and helped to ruin the meal, But the disgusting food was enough to ruin the meal I had ordered chicken marsala never and by life have I seen chicken marsala look like Southbury stake that came from a Banquet microwave meal with a very very thin Breaded soggy chicken breast or chicken Of some sort at least it was so disgusting and salty it was in edible my husband ordered a steak medium that was cooked so well done it was dry and had more fat than meat everything about this restaurant was horrible I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy go to this restaurant save yourself the trouble and drive...

Don't even deserve the one star. I go there and play slots and the machine was getting close to a bigger payout.......so to avoid having that happen (and losing in profits for the owner), the owner decided to stop the machine. A message popped up on the screen saying, "Game stopped by attendant". Then when I inform him of this (because I saw hime watching the entire time around the corner) he gives the lame excuse that it jammed up while printing. Ok but you have to actually be printing the ticket when cashing out in order for the machine to jam up. I wasn't printing anything at all, and I've had slot machines genuinely jam up on me while printing and they do not pop up a message saying "Game Stopped by Attendant", they pop up a different message then, and you can actually hear the machine jammed up trying to print a ticket when that really happens. This place is very sketchy with their slot machines. And their food has been on the decline for years already so I'd recommend not spending...
