I ordered the 6 gelato gift box as a gift for my friend. It was shipping Fed-Ex. I received an email informing me that the gift box was shipped out on December 17 with a scheduled delivery of December 23. The actual ship occurred on December 19 and was delivered on December 23. I immediately sent an email regarding concerns over the time it was going to take to arrive. Dry ice WILL NOT last 5 days. I also called multiple times. NO ONE responded to my email, and NO ONE answers the phone. The mailbox is full. The gelato arrived today completely melted, inedible and seeped out all over the box leaving my friends with a mess. There was no remnants of dry ice left as I feared. Their customer service is terrible. I have called at least 10 times between December 19-23 with no answer and no way of leaving a voicemail due to Tiger’s mailbox being full. No one responds to my email. Terrible customer service. It should have been overnighted. They should have known dry ice doesn’t last 5 days. They should respond to emails and answer the phone. I would give them less than 1...

He even invited us for a private tour of the kitchen, followed by a delicious tasting that made us feel like VIPs.
