Very dissatisfied with customer service. We went & got hot chocolates for our 2 small children we told them that we wanted the smallest size they have & that it was for small children. When we got them they were in a medium cup full to the brim & scolding hot. My husband asked for a cup of ice in which the guy replied yes sir and brought him a kid's small size cup of ice & handed it to him. We already had the ice in the car & the boy said that will be 25 cents my husband and I looked at each other looked throughout the car we had no cash no change nothing. The boy looked at us and said well can I have the ice back? In which I replied here these are too hot for my children to drink please give us a refund. My wife is a Sonic person through and through—she’s got the app, knows the best deals, and orders her Route 44 almost daily. So when she told me this Sonic was faster than the one in Wylie, I had to check it out with her today. She wasn’t kidding!

From the time we placed our order to the time it was in our hands, it was less than three minutes. That’s Sonic speed right there! My wife has been to enough locations to know the difference, and she immediately said, “Yep, this is one of the fast ones.” She was absolutely right.

The whole experience was smooth, quick, and exactly what we were hoping for. If you’re looking for a Sonic that doesn’t waste your time, this is the spot. Definitely a solid find and one we’ll be coming back to again and again.

So, I've been to sonics and it's always 50/50 this one however just drew it's last straw. They repeatedly got my order wrong. Which is okay I get that but out of the 8 times I've been there and 7 times it's wrong there's something funny going on.

They were decent until tonight. On the hours here it says open until 12am and it's a Friday as of writing this. We went late around 1101 and they turned the lights off at 1103 and when we asked what was going on we received no sort of explanation, we were confused that the hours say 12 and upon stating that we were returned with an apathetic response of "oh........ Sorry about that. " And we were left flabbergasted that we weren't even spared an explanation just that. Either change the hours on here or stay open. Saves me...
