Good tasty food.
However: -Placed online order at 6pm -Called to check order status at 7:25pm -Girl who answered the phone had no personality and was just saying were very busy - mind you every place that offers carryout only is busy (especially pizza) -Was told my online order placed at 6pm was just put in the oven at 7:05pm -Another person got on the phone and said it will be there in 20 minutes -Thanked them and waited for my pizza -Driver couldn't find my house (I'm on Huron River drive by fords chapel - typed in the wrong address or something but didn't apologize or anything and no I didn't drive there because I have a messed up knee hense the online order for delivery since my husband wasn't home at the time) -Got my pizza off my porch as requested to find it was not the pizza I ordered -Called to let them know the order was wrong and was told by the Assistant Manager that she personally called and said she verified that it was okay to make my order even though they we out of thin crust (which was a phone call I never received) -I asked if she verified she called the right person if she asked their address, phone number or what they ordered and she said no -I asked what can we do about the 2hr wait and wrong pizza and she said I can remake your pizza, I was told that's all I can do (which how do you do that if you don't have what I ordered?) -I then asked for the Managers information and asked when she will be in she told me I don't know come to find out it's the owner which made sense. After she got very rude and snoty. -I will call everyday until I speak with the owner and the issue gets resolved.
This is ridiculous that they couldn't give a courtesy call to say they were running behind and give an option for delivery service still or pick-up

Read moreOrdered a medium pizza and breadsticks at 6:45 for delivery. Was given a delivery time of 7:45-7:55. At 8:30 I still had not received the food or heard anything. Called the business twice to which I received a recording that they were closed and to call back during normal business hours. So I planned to call back in the morning. To my surprise I get woken up at 9:45 to a gentleman trying to deliver my food. I told him I unfortunately did not want the food anymore as I had already made myself something to eat and was in bed. I offered to still give him a tip, very sweet kid I wish I would have gotten his name. He told me I could call the store to get a refund. When I did a woman answered and I told her the situation. She was less than pleasant and told me “well we made you order and delivered it and we weren’t closed we were busy with the flooding and power outages”. Which I can respect and understand. However that doesn’t change the fact that I was given a time frame and it showed up two hours later. So I asked for refund and she did do that for me. Read moreWe had not ordered from Benito's in a few years because we had a bad experience. We decided tonight to give them another chance. BIG BIG MISTAKE!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! We ordered two large pizza's with extra cheese pepperoni, sausage and bacon.First of all they told us 20 minutes to pick it up. My husband got there to pick it up and they had not even made our two pizza's. We were told they " FORGOT" to make our pizza. Then they told him it would take 10 minutes. When they were finished they proceded to tell my husband they "FORGOT" to put the extra cheese on the pizza's. My husband asked them so how much are you gonna charge me? The kid said "What do you mean?" My husband said you didn't put the extra cheese on so I shouldn't be charged for it. The kid was mad and rude because the manager took the extra cheese charge off our bill.
