Dunkin' — Restaurant in Rocky Hill

I'm not a person to write reviews, but i absolutley had to with this one ...

BEWARE!!!!

I went to order an ice macchiato, nothing additional in the coffee. The girl there rolled her eyes, commented to her co worker "are you kidding me, another macchiato?" She instead made me a regular iced coffee. She never went to the espresso machine once, and here she comes with majority milk, and a little bit of regular coffee on top. I addressed the issue, which I normally never do because I used to work in fast food so I know it can be difficult. But man..she stuck to her guns, attitude and all, and refused to add the espresso that COMES with the drink. To top the cherry off. When I thought she was going to correct the milk coffee she made.

Again- I normally sympathize with workers and don't complain, because I also used to be in their position for working fast food. But this was completely unessecary. Please beware! You will not get the order...

I used to work at this Dunkin’ Donuts, when I worked here everyone was rude. I came back about 9 months later, all the staff was different , everyone seemed nice. I went through the DT to get my coffee and donut. The coffee was beyond amazing, and they had all the donuts I wanted in a little “to go box”. So instead of asking me to pick a different kind of donut they opened the box of donuts and gave them to me. I wanted 5 glazed, 5 pumpkin, and then for my inconvenience the girl gave me a “spider donut” for free. I was happy to see things change for that Dunkin’ Donuts. I had a...

Worst Dunkin in CT. Just Opened my bag to try out the new Chicken Ranch w/ Bacon and cheese only to find a half of a Patty (Chicken Nugget Sized) thrown on a stale roll, No Cheese, No Bacon, NO RANCH SAUCE. What kind of idiot can't make a simple sandwich?!

Worst employee's too, theyre always arguing through the Drive-thru speaker with each other and NEVER get an order right. This is my last time going there and I really hope to god they get shut down and replaced by a bank like everything else...
