Just left without any food. Intended to purchases several subs. Then I witnessed how a tall male worker with light skin and an accent treated the female customer in front of me. He was harsh verbally and degrading. He raised his voice and changed his tone when he spoke to her as if she were a child. He spoke to the man in front of her politely and without rude inflections.
I was shocked and offended! She was polite and her question about coupons tipped him pass the breaking point. He cut her off, talked to her like she personally offended him by asking how many coupons she could use and why she couldn't use two coupons (one for each of her two 6" subs). Then, when she was attempting to respond to his callous verbal slap, he abruptly walked away to the back of the store! She was behaving professionally despite the visual frustration on her face. He was the exact opposite!
My pre-teen son was surprised by his behavior. I will not support a local business that treated its customers with such flagrant disrespect! We stepped out the line and my family left the store behind this unfortunate and ignored woman (who also left without a purchase).
The only good thing about the whole experience was that the shorter young African American male tried to help the woman afterward but she was too upset and silent to be appeased. Someone needs to explain to this employee customer service policies. This is not the first time I've heard bad reviews about this employee. I am the first time I have witnessed it for myself.

The line ends up flowing out of the door and not because there are a lot of people but because the staff is so slow and irritable that the line builds over a period of time. There's a teenage boy that works at this location, his name starts with a D (it's foreign and I can't spell it), he is incredibly RUDE and demanding! He was mouthy and talked back to customers as well as other employees! He caused multiple scenes with his rude remarks! The Italian (I believe) foreign elderly woman that works there is also always irritable and unpleasant! Full of attitude. The shorter Mexican woman is about the ONLY one there with a good attitude and respectful! I'm extremely upset and displeased with the service I received today and on other occasions that I've visited this subway! After today my family and I will NEVER visit this subway location again which is displeasing to be because it's the closest one to my house. I guess I'm going to have to start going to the Italian sub joint down the road! I was going to call corporate today but decided after much thought that I didn't want to further my energy with it. These extremely unpleasant people aren't worth any more of my time! If you value a positive day DO NOT go to this subway! Any manager that would hire unpleasant people such as these isn't worried about the quality of service their customers are receiving which is a big problem in such a competitive food industry! Read moreI love subway but i will never order from here again! I placed an order for delivery through the app and doordash delivered (dasher was GREAT!). I took my sandwich out the bag and thats when things went downhill... I requested flatbread and they gave me regular bread, i asked for pepper jack cheese and instead got provolone, there wasn't any oil or vinegar as i had requested, and there was so much mayo and mustard on that sandwich that the paper had turned yellow. Since i was at work I called and spoke to the manager who flat out told me it wasn't his problem that i should be complaining to doordash( who only delivered the sandwich)! He further went on to tell me there was nothing he could do.. Seeing as most food places operate off customer satisfaction I was very displeased and shoched with how the manager handled this whole situation. If you want poor customer service, rude management, and poorly made sub sandwiches then this is your place but me on the other hand I don't care for it so subway had lost a customer.
