I had been going here for a least 45 + years, and never had any problems till I went in on 11/26/2023 @ 2:10 PM get a pepperoni roll, and some other items for a Browns Game clambake.

The girl behind the deli counter was really busy texting on her phone, so busy that the other girl that was actually working had to alert her I was even there. I ask if I could please have my pepperoni roll warmed up. That did not make her happy! I asked her if they the rolls still came with a side of sauce. That made her even more unhappy! Then when I asked if she could warm up the sauce she flipped out, so I start to just walk, but not before I said "I bet you would have a different attitude if the owner was here", and her response was "No I would have exactly the same bad attitude", so I said " Well then he should fire you, and I will be sure to tell him that next time I see him" she said "You Do that!" - That is why I am writing this review, and I will be sending a letter directly to the owner. I came here one other time to get snacks and this place is probably fine for that but for the deli perspective these people don’t listen or care about your time or patience as far as buying stuff at their deli. I asked for a half pound of cheddar and Colby jack. They have the capabilities of measuring their products but choose not to, so if you’re planning on buying blocks of cheese or meat you’re going to have to make sure it’s what you’re willing to pay for because to me it seems like they’re trying to give you more of their product without telling you. So sad to see this place close. 5 stars for my childhood memories. Back when you could get a sandwich, pop, and chips for 2.99. I was the envy of all my school friends. Came here for ice scream scoops on walks home from middle school. Dad would get wonderoast chicken for dinner when mom out of town. Used the pay phone for rides home from school.
