Visited at lunchtime 7/11 while I was in town for work. I'll start by saying I had high hopes. The building and restaurant are stunning! Unfortunately, in my opinion, it's downhill from there. First of all, the choice to use all high top tables and booths with no low top tables in the main dining area is poor judgment, in my opinion. Had I not been alone, I would have not stayed as I can't sit comfortably in either. There was another area, however it was closed at lunchtime. The hostess was very quiet and timid. But not unfriendly. Just wouldn't be my choice for the person to be the first impression in my restaurant. My waitress was friendly and fairly attentive. I'm not a Pepsi person, so I chose unsweetened tea instead. The yea was excellent quality and very fresh. The menu selection was fantastic. I started with a small order of cheese bread. It arrived in a timely fashion and looked great. Thick cut texas toast, heavily cheesed, which I like. The sauce with it was also very good! The bread itself was very dense and lightly seasoned. Overall, it's pretty decent. But it's not as good as I would have expected for $7 for 4 pieces of toast. I ordered the medium pepperoni packed thin pizza. It arrived in a timely manner and smelled and looked very good. Had I realized they cut the pizzas in squares, I would have asked for a normal triangle cut. But that's my fault. The cheese and pepperoni seemed to be good quality, and the crust was super thin as I like it. However, I was highly surprised to find it soft instead of crispy. VERY soft!!! It was very well topped with loads of pepperoni and cheese! However, it was heavily sauced. Especially in the middle. Causing the topping to "float" off the pizza quite easily. And the back of crispyness made the slices very floppy. Again! For a price of $22.75 for a medium 1 topping pizza, I expected Much better quality. To sum up.... Beautiful place with tons of potential!! With a little tweeking of recipes and staff training, it could be a fantastic restaurant! There were several other items on the menu I would loved to try if I came through again. However, at the prices for the quality of my first visit, I'm just not sure I would return... $36.17 before tip for 1 person at lunch! I do t mind spending that or more for an excellent meal. But for one so underwhelming. It's a huge disapoitment!!

I'm from Minnesota originally, but have lived in Texas for most of my life. My dad still lives here, so when I visit, we always go to Broadway Pizza. The pork & kraut is my favorite, and that's not something you find in Texas. I've got some limitations with foods right now, so this time I asked them to replace the red sauce with just olive oil, then we omitted the onion as well. Love tomatoes onions, but for the time being, they don't love me. While the pizza is the best with both of those ingredients, last night it was still divine. I was in my happy place. 😊 We busted on pull tabs, but I can't really blame the restaurant for that. 😉 It was super busy, but the service was still pretty good. Just a little crazy for a bit. All in all, Broadway will always have a place in my heart and will be one of my stops when I visit!

I love the new restaurant building!!! I also LOVE the pizza. I also love being able to come by myself and sit at the bar and have a personal pizza. They have a wonderful selection of drinks. I personally do not like beer, but they have a wide selection at the bar. Tonight I got the loaded pepperoni, thin crust, personal pizza. It was delicious and amazing as always. I usually get a glass of Prosecco and then an alcoholic drink if I feel up to it. I wish they had Coke products instead of Pepsi but oh well, that’s what I will have to drink if I want soda. 🥤 The staff is so friendly and welcoming too. However, I do wish sometimes it wasn’t quite so loud.

One of their favorite lines is your story's been told. They are super disrespectful. They do not care about the people that make their business go round, it's so weird.

It's friday night and they don't have one delivery driver not a one

Also, isn't it weird that they will comment back on all good reviews? But they never have anything to say when there is a bad review

Let's talk about a manager named Luke. Someone needs to teach this man how to speak to customers. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me I was yelling at him when I was talking in a normal speaking voice but just because he didn't like what I had to say now im yelling. They could of easily fixed the order but instead offered 5 dollars off but the item that I wasn't going to eat was well over $12. Why should I have to lose money over something im not gonna eat. I guess I should of spoken in a soft baby voice since Luke is so sensitive. Its very simple bring me what I paid for or refund me for the item im not gonna eat. But his man came out pocket saying im just gonna refund the whole thing, I told him that not necessary just refund the one thing. He goes no im refunding the whole order and don't call us anymore....it was actually funny how childish his man was.

Im adding this review in after my post cause I'm guessing this rude manager that Bryan is talking about is luke...id put money on it

Bryan Sandwick 6 reviews 4 months ago I have been going to Broadway pizza for 45 years 10 years in Roger's pizza is good. I ordered online tonight and was not able to add my toppings so I called the store the girl canceled my order and did a new one over the phone she told me 25 minutes to pick up got there and they said my order got screwed up I would have to wait another 1/2 hour.did not have time for that .went home and called the manager he put the blame on my and was very rude.i told him I was going to do a review and he said go ahead. Not the way to treat a customer In my opinion.

This is an actual review by someone else that can be easily looked up. It seems that luke isn't cut out to be a manager in this industry. I can't speak on what type of experience he has in this industry but what I can say is as a server who has been in this game for 17 years, if luke speaks to customers that way think about how me treats and speaks...

The whole experience sucked!! First their air conditioning was broken and it was so hot in the restaurant that it was so horrible in there! After going to elk river location a month prior where I had great service and was expecting food and service to be great here too! Well, it was the opposite and the worst! If I could rate it zero, I would than one star. I ordered chicken Caesar wrap with no bacon and ranch dressing! And a kids meal and drinks! The food took so long to come and when it finally did (where we were sweating and was hoping for fast service so we can get out of the sauna), it was Buffalo chicken wrap. They got my order incorrect! So, they wanted us to sit there longer in the sauna and suffer! I tried to flag the waitress and she thought I was saying hello and finally she came by to tell her my order was incorrect! Seriously, I have been a waitress before and know that U need to go and ask to make sure things are good and it took her so long to come back to check on us even after flagging her. Anyways, tried to fix it and brought the chicken Caesar wrap after awhile and it was still wrong the second time around! One, it was so soggy and it wasn’t on the spinach tortilla that I wanted! It was like they were trying to rush on making it correct that they just forgot! Well, asked her about why not on the spinach wrap and she said….oh I forgot! Really? Well, if u didn’t know, then freakin’ ask! They wanted to charge for the food that wasn’t eaten, seriously!!!! ! I swear her service was the worst and it was so hot in there (a sauna)! Would not recommend! Would recommend going to elk river one where the service is a lot better and they go out their way to make your experience great! Rogers where they make you sweat and feel like u in a sauna and have incorrect food for the second time and still charge you! They don’t go out their way and don’t care! Rogers location sucked!!! Well, I went to Taco Bell and ate (and yes was better than Broadway) to fill my tummy that Broadway Pizza didn’t do (since food untouched for second time around they made a mistake on in their error) but wanted to take the money!!! That is what Rogers Broadway Pizza is...
