I visited this location with my mother and brother this evening. We were at the location at 5:17 pm. My mother and brother both ordered tonight. My brother ordered one large Supreme pizza and one large Pepperoni pizza. My mother does not eat meat. She ordered a large cheese pizza. Now, these three pizzas were on two separate tickets. When the pizzas arrived to the car, we were on our way, it took maybe ten minutes. When we arrived home, a good 45 minutes later due to our location, we opened up our pizza boxes to discover that we were given 2 pepperoni rather than one cheese and one pepperoni as ordered. My mother called the store and asked to speak with Ruth, the manager, when the shift manager, Veronica, refused to do so. She proceeded to tell Veronica of the mishap and requested a full refund for the pizza never received, when Veronica asked her to drive back to the store and return the pizza for a refund. Now, as previously stated, we live 45 minutes from this location. My mom said, "I live 45 minutes away, why the hell would I drive back to return a pizza for your mishap?" Veronica proceeded to snap at my mother and demand her to stop cursing, which I am not lying when saying the only thing remotely close to a curse word she said was hell, very rudely. She then continued to refuse to refund my mother, to the point that she had to hang up and call the Customer Service line. That is not to say that all employees at this location are indecent, Mina happens to be an instance of kindness, but people like Veronica are not likely to get very far in life. Thank you Veronica, my 86 lb mother can stand to lose more weight! Not. Thank you for...
Read moreVia the drive thru, I ordered a Pepperoni Hot and Ready Pizza. Order #19955 - 7:27 p.m.(Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni) on the receipt. Brent B. made the sale (per receipt). I was charged $6.57. The hot and ready pizzas are $5.00. It was dark and I had my 3 and 2 year old grandchildren with me. I accepted my card and receipt and pizza, without examination. I trusted the order would be correct. The pizza was a fun, quick dinner for them. Upon arriving home, I opened the box to prepare their plates to find a Pepperoni, Sausage and Ham pizza! I called the store and Brent explained to me that if a customer orders a pepperoni pizza hot and ready, "bump it up to the very best pizza they can give me UNLESS I specifically request a CLASSIC pizza"! I told him he had NO right to change MY order ESPECIALLY when he made no attempt to ask me if that were okay to do do. That is deceptive sales and theft of services. He promptly hung up on me! My grandchildren picked that pizza apart. If I believed that my grandchildren would eat those toppings I might have considered ordering what he gave me. This was in addition to the fact the ham was cold against the other toppings. I do not and will not justify to Brent or anyone else why I am ordering what I did. It has no bearing. He deceptively charged me more to make your store more money and saw no issue with what he did. I do expect to hear from someone and I AM fully ready to file charges against your store and Brent for deception at the very least!
I have sent this information through to the corporate side with a request for a Little Caesar's representative...
Read moreAll I can say is.... Wow. That’s not a good wow, btw. Pulled up to the call box and a woman asks us what we want. We order and she says “What?” My fiancé repeats the order and nothing. There’s no answer. We wait a few minutes and still nothing. Tired of waiting (it’s 9 pm) we pull around to the window, only to be ignored by the previous woman and another employee, who both can clearly see us. Finally the woman, after nearly 5 min of sitting there while they talk, the woman decides to come to the window. My fiancé says, “I’m sorry, something must be wrong with your call box. You didn’t seem like you heard me. I need to place an order.” She said, “I’m sorry sir, no there is NOT. What can I get you?” He gives her our order and she angrily types it in. We pay and she asks us to pull forward where another car is already waiting. As we’re pulling forward, we hear her yell, “MY HEADSET BATTERY IS DEAD!” No there is NOT, indeed. After quite a long wait, our pizza was finally carried out to my car by a third employee... 3 ppl working and this is their service. No explanation for why we were temporarily invisible to two ppl who seemed to have enough sight to make pizza. Or why she was so rude. Or why none of these employees were wearing name tags so I could speak to a manager about their service. Convenient. I’ll not be...
