Was in town for a wonderful vacation and this ended it on a sour note as we were departing. Pull up in drive thru to the order box. My husband is looking for his breakfast order. The girl is rushing me to hurry up and decided to cut me off with just a drink order and refused to come back. Are you in such a hurry to cut off a customer when they tell you to hold on, then refuse to finish taking the order? Is that how we are doing it now? So my husband lights up the girl who tries to bring him the drink before we pull up to the window, but we know this isn't the one who took our order. She asks him what he wants and goes back in. When we pull up to the window after the car in front of us leaves, some bergundy haired, meth head comes out to carhop and looks back at us to give us a condescending look. We continue on with our discussion and understand that she will never work in a corporate American environment. Then to make matters worse, we sit there for five minutes, not really paying attention. But then I looked and the girl with the coke bottle glasses had put the breakfast burrito on the counter behind some straws and napkins and thought making us wait so long was cute, but I caught it. Nice try, but we do work in corporate America in Houston and we caught the not-so-slick, passive aggressive move. We chunked the drink and food immediately. My husband thought about calling Corporate, but we realize that franchisees are having a hard time hiring decent employees because we have the same hiring and firing issues. Unfortunately, we won't be using this establishment again. We own a townhouse there, so we are up once a month in the area and had great experiences with Arbys, Denny's, Starbucks, and we even tip our drive thru folks for great experiences during this hard time because we encourage hard workers. We went through the drive thru and ordered our food ( #3 w ONLY mayo and lettuce) and the screen was wrong, so we politely repeated that it was only lettuce and mayo and the girl got mad and rudely said “I got it”. We get to the window and they gave us the wrong total (we ended up paying more) and then gave us THE COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER (the lady noticed she had gotten it wrong because she gave us the wrong drink at first and didn’t even give us the receipt) so we immediately pulled into a stall. After minutes of sitting there and no one answering I decided to go up to the window and tell them the order was wrong and they gave me what i thought was my correct order. As I get back in my car we check it and it was still incorrect. After I specified to the lady it was only supposed to be lettuce and mayo she still got it wrong. Already frustrated with the poor customer we just decided that that best thing to do was to go to Mc.Donalds and not mess with them anymore. Read moreWe ordered 3 drinks, 2 diet and one not we added cherry lime to all 3 drinks. The drinks that were diet sprite were disgusting the one with regular sprite was great. The syrup was apparently out on the diet sprites, we ask to have them re done an once again they were disgusting they did not replace the syrup so the drinks were awful. The car hop said there was nothing else she could do an walked off. There was no offer to fix this or bring drinks that were acceptable. We left w only one drinkable drink, an two that we had to throw away. No refund, no I'm sorry, no attempt to fix the issue. It will be a long time before we make any effort to go to this...
