McDonald's — Restaurant in Rogers

Ok so my sister made an order at 5:39 for 2-2 cheeseburger meals and an extra burger. We live 10 minutes from McDonald's and she gets home only to find out that there are no fries. So she calls and the manager says already with an aditude "well do you want to come get them" and my sister says yes but I go get the fries for her because she doesn't feel good. I get there and the guy says ok just let us know what size the fries were. Ok I get to the window sit there for a few minutes before the manager opens it and says once again with an aditude " no it was no salt right" and starts to point forward as to say you need to pull up but I said no they were regular and also when you order a meal it comes with medium fries. So she hands me the bag but before she could leave I asked to get a new Dr pepper because it was flat and very light brown and she looked pissed about that. She gives me the new Dr pepper and I started to drive off when I looked in the bag and saw a basket of fries so I pull back around and go inside and ask the same woman if a basket is the equivalent to two medium fries and she said " actually yes that's exactly what it is it's exactly the equivalent to two mediums" and I said ok and walked out. I try the fries she gave me and they aren't even completely cooked so I had to throw them in the air fryer. This isn't the only time we've had a problem with this McDonald's and we're pretty damn tired of it. Also the 2 cheeseburgers I got were completely smashed also half of the reviews that I'm seeing look fake as hell because you have more than half with less than 3 Stars yet for some reason there are people who leave 5 stars and they say that the manager was so nice and the food was correct like come on stop paying people to leave...

It did not happen to me but this happened to a older man and he might have even been a veteran. 2 friends and I went in for some breakfast last week and this older woman that worked there was telling every one to use the kiosks that they had. I guess it was because she didn't want to do her job to the fullest. That older man didn't know how to use the kiosk and he KINDLY asked the woman if he could older up at the desk and the woman gave a disrespectful tone and said " Use the Kiosk" and after a while she finally helped. ( I wish i could stop there.) While she was "helping" the man was giving the order that he was wanting and a little while of him giving the order she said " I cant hear you sir." in a VERY DISRESPECTFUL tone. She was like in her 45-50's and she was very rude to the man. It seemed like she was mad because she either had to help or because he didn't want to use that kiosks. I don't think she deserves a job there at all but somehow she will keep the job so I know she wont get fired but she really should. I will come back with a picture of her and her name because this needs to get out there. If he is veteran, he did not deserve any of that. He Fought just for people to disrespect him and its not right. I wish I would have took over and helped him but i couldn't believe what happend. So sir if your reading this i'm sorry for what happened I wish i would have helped you with anything you needed at that Mcdonalds. I would have done a better...

The drive thru is pretty efficient until the rush, they did recently remodel and it livened the place up, but that still doesn't compare to the fact that everytime I go there, I wind up missing an item. I haven't really said anything about it for bout a few months now mostly because it is fast food, they probably have to spend more time training new people. But it has grown from a problem, to annoyance, then to frustration. I have gone all the way home and found out they missed something as small as apple slices or a juice box, to something big as a steak bagel or another meal menu burger. I now have to park my vehicle by the car wash to count the things I have ordered and make sure I have everything before i go home. Weird thing is, if i go in and order, they always have everything with the first try, but drive through... expect to miss at least one...
