Starbucks — Restaurant in Rohnert Park

Absolutely the b e s t ! (Found this Jem After having issues with the East Cotati and LaSalle location-Near Oliver’s m a r k e t , on the same street, with the drinks N E V E R being correct, or cold or R U D E e m p l o y e e s, after you asked for them to be corrected) I have been coming here & have not received anything but the b e s t service, drinks piping hot, or to the temperature you request( bc yes your paying for your likings) and the most authentic down-to-earth genuinely kind and n o r m a l employees who don’t have an I s s u e with everything & they are absolutely easygoing and normal! (that are not on drugs-not to be confused with free employee coffee- like the ECA/L A S A L L E location)

I can’t believe that I had been going through the coffee-obstacles, until I found these guys. Without a d o u b t Worth the extra drive to be normal! I had been going to the d i s f u n c t i o n a l location bc of the localness, N O MO R E no way! Thanks B O D W A Y...

I drive 15 mins out of my way to come to this Starbucks. Most everyone is so kind and friendly. Maliah specifically is so sweet and goes out of her way to not only remember my drink, but chat with the kids and ask them about their day. There's a few girls at this store who just go above and beyond, I just can't remember their names. But Maliah is the kind of employee that management should feel lucky to have. Like I said, I pass by at least 3 other Starbucks locations to come to this one because of the great customer service. A smile goes a long way and I don't think people acknowledge wgat a big deal that is. It will make or break gaining...

This has been my regular coffee shop for a few months now. I'm annoyed at how difficult it is to get my drink. They are consistently awful at calling out drinks at the bar. It's never my name and it's never loud enough. It's always a garbled mumble "got a latte." It's usually packed full of students so you have to be a total animal to muscle your way to the bar to inspect what's there. It's like pulling teeth to stop someone and ask for more info so I can decide whether my drink is one of the many...
