I never leave reviews for restaurants, but this place inspired me to do so. This was the first time my girlfriend and I have ever eaten here. We'd heard good things about Panera before and were curious to see what all the buzz was about. As soon as we walked in, the employees stared at us as if we were stupid and didn't offer to help at all. We had to stroll around the labyrinth of chairs and walls to finally find the front counter. Our cashier was nice enough, and she was probably the only redeeming aspect of our visit. After looking over the menu, we decided what we wanted and waited for our $30 meal. In a few minutes what we got was a burnt grilled cheese, subpart caprese, sandy clam chowder, and okay tomato soup. Also in our bag was pieces of a broken spoon, which doesn't seem like a safe thing to put near food about to be eaten.
After this experience, we will never EVER eat at a Panera bread establishment EVER AGAIN. I'm surprised this place is still open to be honest. I've worked at several restaurants and I'm sure the best employee here doesn't come close to the worst employees I've...
Read morePanera's food quality has been going down hill, but the several experiences I'm witnessed here are pretty awful. No one mans the front so people walk in and are confused and wait for a long while for someone to come take their order. I've ordered a coffee where I've only gotten half a cup and it was a tea. I've also tried ordering from the table for a muffin, and it took 15 minutes (they weren't busy as there was only one other customer) until I went and asked about my muffin. They seemed confused about the order as they hang out in the back and side and are unaware of orders that come in. The worker was on a call telling someone that they don't do delivery, and 5 minutes, that same worker asked another worker if they were going out to do deliveries. The tables are disgusting as they sometimes come pick up dishes but never clean the tables. Signage is upside. Overall, you can tell no one cares when...

My Order: Full Steak and White Cheddar sandwich w/side of baguette, small mac and cheese, and a small cold brew. ($18 total).
The bread on the sandwich was soggy and old with a hard stiff crust. The steak was crying out for more seasoning and flavor that clearly never made it onto my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. The side of baguette was simply ripped off the loaf and tossed into my brown paper bag with no wrapper. None of the bread was remotely fresh or toasted. The mac and cheese tasted like yesterdays batch and basically arrived cold too. The only remotely positive thing about this meal was my cold brew, which I don’t think was the proper size I payed for.
Plain and simple, this is old people bird food. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money. They clearly hired...
