I could not be happier with my experience thus far with the Julian Gold team. Our wedding has been postponed due to COVID-19. In lieu of our planned ceremony with friends and family in July out of state, we will be meeting with immediate family only. The new date will be pushed out at least a year, if not more. My original wedding dress has also been delayed and will not be ready in time for our original July date therefore I met with Melinda at Julian Gold for a plan B. She was kind, patient and super flexible with making a time and date work for a fitting (as we were traveling in from Houston). And most importantly, Melinda was extremely understanding of the sensitivity around the situation, as this is not ideal but we're making the best out of it. Team members brought shoes to assist the overall look and the team that checked us out could not have been nicer. Making decisions around the wedding has been extremely difficult, frustrating and at times overwhelmingly disappointing due to the continuous changes mandated by other states (immediate family lives out of state as well). Melinda and her team took amazing care of us and helped ensure we were able to see how special this process is, even if reinvented.
