ONE WORD: HORRIBLE Tuesday May 12 @ 8:30PM... If I could give ZERO STARS I truly would. This Dairy Queen was terrible. Terrible workers. Terrible tasting ice cream....Bad attitudes. Didn’t want to take our order. Didn’t check the order or make sure it was what we wanted. They also have a sign stating that “if we don’t flip it, your next is free.” They didn’t flip EITHER OF THE BLIZZARDS and also did NOT HONOR THEIR OWN SIGNS (signs plural, because it says it NUMEROUS times both in the front and drive thru, and they still didn’t do it.) They also refused to give the manager’s information. When we called they faked being a manager just to NOT GET IN TROUBLE. It’s worth going the extra distance to the Dairy Queen on WEBER INSTEAD or better...

My family and I have been coming here for 3 years. We came here and ordered 4 blizzards and while 3 of the 4 looked good the 4th was Reese cup and oreo there were no pieces of either in it. It looked like crushed chocolate chips. When my wife went to the window to ask that it be remade the girl at window offered to put a couple pieces in, a couple pieces?? This was made horrible and they refused to remake it. Whats worse, my wife put it on the counter walked away and when she did the girl threw the blizzard at her. I called corporate they gave me a 25.00 gift card but the owner never even called to talk to...

My daughter begs me to take her here when she’s craving ice cream 🍦 on those warm sunny days. I never have any because they don’t have Vegan 🌱 options, bus she likes it.
