Subway — Restaurant in Romeoville

Dude that owns this place should be thrown in jail. He charges a arm and leg for every addition you get on your sandwich. He dosent honor any of the BOGO subway sale days. He should basically have a sign on the door that says " i charge double the price then other subways do " A normal footlong should come with 2 meats. He'll charge you 3 dollars extra to put a extra meat on a sub. 33 freaking dollars for 2 footlong ham and salami sandwiches?!? I can become co owner of subway with 33 dollars of stock.....this guy is a joke and I'll never go back to this place. Please go back to your country if your just gonna rip off honest hard working...

This is my favorite subway ever. I Travel a lot, I go through different states for my job. I come here in the mornings and the people are awesome! They are always nice, Exceptionally nice, and if they're ever in a bad mood I could never tell. The store is so clean and fully stocked. The bread is always fresh. Everything is always fresh I have never had a bad sandwich from them. I just want to say thank you, nowadays it's so hard to find a good place like this. I had made an order online and was submitted. Once I got there I believed who was at the register was the manager and tells me he did not receive the order you need to cancel it or something? Or something??? I did not feel like arguing about it so i went back to my car and had no way to cancel it. I went back in furious thinking if they seen my order they could probably make it. But then seen had a line already and thought forget it. So now ill just take it up with the bank. The point to this review is that the customer service needs to be brushed up, be more sympathetic...
